The only iffy situation came about when you went a bit off book with the explanation and added what you truly were, not wanting to constantly keep up a lie every time you change hosts. One goblin you hadn't noticed before stood up ready to challenge the idea of having a mind-flayer leading the tribe but ten others dragged him down and told him to shut up, so you decided that was problem solved. It helped that you and Stiasha had delivered this news with a pile of food you had gathered and cooked made up of rat meat and fish, enough for an impromptu feast, complete with a large barrel of ale that Kluzz had been hoarding.

After the **** and food relaxed everyone, things started to get heated up. You began to suppress the influence but Stiasha stopped you saying out loud, "Let's all have a bit of fun before we get to work building our mighty fortress!" to a round of cheering, and an almost instantaneous orgy breaking out. Without a thorough examination you see just about every combination of goblins and sexual activity that your imagination could produce, with the exception of some jealous looking caretakers in a side cave keeping watch over the children, excluding both groups from the activities. Turning back to you Stiasha kneels down and begins stroking your cock as you watch your tribe enjoying its bounty, granted she growls at any women who attempt to come closer to you two, but hearing her thoughts you know that she wants you to herself for one more night with no intentions to keep you from anyone you desire afterwards, so you relax and let her play queen. Sometime in the early morning you wake up with excited babbling echoing throughout the cave. No one is yelling for help and you don't sense any danger so you start to go back to sleep. That is until you sense why everyone is so excited, every goblin woman who participated in the orgy last night is looking way more pregnant than they should the night after. Including Stiasha who is talking to one of the caretakers you noticed last night. You walk over wanting to know more, your sense useless with the **** still in your system and the frantic thoughts of everyone making it impossible to concentrate. "Good morning you two, what seems to be the problem?"

"What do you think the fucking problem is?! I'm about ready to burst with whatever mutant babies you've put into all of us. Not to mention the other thing, which isn't as much of a problem."

"All of you? I am pretty sure the only goblin who I have had sex with is you Stiasha, unless you all took a turn with me in my sleep."

With slightly less vitriol and a gesture to everyone, "So you didn't do this? If that is the case the two things must be connected. Tell him what happened."

The caretaker, who looks much older than the other goblins now that you can get a good look at her, starts to get you caught up, "Last night we were sleeping and then this bright light woke us up. All of the children started to shine like the sun and these weird symbols appeared surrounding them. We couldn't get a good look at what happened but when they stopped shining in their place were a bunch of grown up goblins."

Thinking to yourself you try to figure out a reason as to why they would have aged this fast. "You didn't age up quickly in the night did you?"

"Excuse me?! Of course not!" The caretaker yells with a slap to drive the point home.

"Ow, and in that case I know what happened, the message the gods sent me mentioned reproduction was sped up, this must be what they meant. Is there anything different with the goblins that aged overnight?"

"No, according to them they remember growing up fully with the tribe, they even have scars from injuries they didn't have going to bed. I would say they were replaced if we did not recognize each other."

"Then until we have a reason to think this is a problem we are just going to continue on as if it were a blessing. I am going to say we should build the barracks first and the nursery second, it would be good to have a safe place to give birth if children are going to come this fast. All of the men and new goblins will start on construction, while the pregnant will gather food from the fishery with me guarding the entrance and starting the expansion outside. We will need the space and the food if this is how fast we can grow the tribe."

With the plan in motion Stiasha and the caretaker spread the news, both good and weird, along with the instructions. With that the confusion was organized into action and the various noises of work started.

At first as you worked outside the silence worried you, but it seems like most of every monster group out there started to lay low, even the dumber ones had caught on to the fact that when their fellow monsters died they didn't respawn. Lucky for the tribe it allowed us to use the materials brought from the former village and complete every building project we had, even adding the spawning pit in the cave and a palisade along the perimeter. It also gave you time to find the pattern in the accelerated growth. Two days. On average it takes two days, one day for the baby to grow, and one more for the child to grow into an adult. The weirdest part is that they all have memories that fit with them growing up in the tribe, knowing things that could only have been taught by tribe members. Having soldiers essentially appear fully trained was necessary since the same applied to every other monster group around and while they were quiet now you were certain this peace was a mix of luck and the other monsters gathering their own strength.

Ok, the second weirdest. The weirdest part is that you have never had a child before, and rather than raising them, you now have an adult daughter and three adult sons that know you much better than you know them. It helped that you were able to read her memories, which gave you your insight into what was happening, and made you decide to have the other three, for starters at least.

You couldn't help but be proud of your daughter, she was as strong as an orc berserker, had her mother's shaman spellcasting and had your psionic power. Though her appearance was something the tribe had to get used to and not just because she grew to twice the height as the other goblins. Your influence had caused her, and your other three children, to grow tentacles out the back of their heads rather than hair, for Sashta two of them reached down to her ass and she could use them in place of her arms, you had no doubt that she would be able to use more as she grew stronger. The others weren't as strong, and only had one usable tentacle each. Standing just slightly shorter than your six and a half feet she has been proven powerful in a support role or on the frontline with the judgement to know which is needed. You hope this is the same in real battle and isn't just the case in the training fights everyone able to has been required to participate in.

Stiasha was the first goblin to give birth after the party, since she had been impregnated earlier. Unfortunately Sashta's appearance made everyone worry, and until the normal goblins were born the tribe thought you actually had put mutant babies into them all.

All in all your tribe had spent the last four days as wisely as it could, currently you were waiting for Blue, Red and him both decided those were fine as far as names went, to get back with his scouts to finish making a map of the surrounding forest with any updates on the other known groups in the area.

"Sorry father. Has Blue returned yet?"

"Not yet but it shouldn't be long now, they know they are to be back before dark. That's why they left so early this morning. Actually, I think I can sense them now."

A group of seven goblins riding large wolves appeared coming out of the tree-line which had been cut back a hundred yards from the palisade. Blue immediately started yelling over to you, lowering his voice as he got closer, "Big Boss, Little Boss, we made it past the old village and had enough time to swing towards the river in the east. We found a few monsters guarding territory but we didn't have any problems if we didn't invite any. One concern is the old wizard tower, we saw skeletons crawling around fixing the place up."

"I hate necromancers. Not as people, it is just frustrating having a large group of enemies immune to your power. Remember Sashta, an enemy needs to have a mind of its own for psionics to work on them."

"Yes father. What do you want to do about them, between me, and the hundred goblin warriors we have, could we win?"

"That depends on where he was raising dead from, and right now he is in between us and anyone following the river our way. Let's wait and see what happens tomorrow when the PCs come. Many things will change then. For now I am going to look around and do a final check on what we have at our disposal before that happens. Keep watch until I send Red up with the Guard, then go gather your brothers and meet me at the spawning pit. I have some gifts for my children."
