Appearance: A tall mechanical lanky man with long limbs. Dressed in a grey suit and black tie with buckled belts on the biceps, forearms, waist, thighs and calfs with a hood over its head. Its face appears similar to a gas mask with a red visor.

Ability: Paint It Black

Hidden Citizens isn't a particularly strong Stand. While fast and precise with impressive range and stamina it is painfully brittle. However it makes up for this lack of offense and defense with its ability. While it cannot develop new ones the ones it has are not to be underestimated.

Paint It Black allows the Stand to possess a person within its host line of sight by turning into vapor. While Hidden Citizens is within its victim, its original host's consciousness awakens within the possessed's body. While in control of that body the original's is rendered comatose.

The host can take permanent control of the victim by having them experience an orgasm. This also grants the user full access to the victim's memories. Afterwards Hidden Citizens can return to its original host waking them up. The victim will then be completely loyal to Hidden Citizens' host.

Victims of Paint It Black can share their vision with the host, allowing Hidden Citizens a new avenue to conduct the process on a new victim by essentially using them similarly to a portal to facilitate Paint It Black.

Weaknesses

When Paint It Black is used Hidden Citizens can only travel in a straight line. Should it miss Hidden Citizens must either fly into a former victim to continue the chase or the host must wait 3 minutes before attempting to use Paint It Black again.

Hidden Citizens can only use Paint It Black on one person at a time.

Those who are possessed by Hidden Citizens pre-assimilation gain red eyes. Their eyes only go back to normal after either experiencing an orgasm or Hidden Citizens leaves the host without bringing the body to orgasm.

Sharing vision with others quickly drains energy. This effect is multiplied for every pair of eyes.

If the original host's body is given a strong enough blow Hidden Citizens will return immediately to protect it. If the victim did not experience an orgasm they will not lose their memory of what happened to them while possessed.

If the original body is killed the user will take over the current one they possess.
