He wasn't going to.

"Get rid of you? Helena, I just want to get you back in your own body."

"And when that's done? It'll be over, I know it will."

"What are you talking about," Troy asked. "What do you think I'll do?"

Helena sniffed, letting go of Troy's arm to hug herself. "You'll drop me off at the healers and leave, and then you'll never talk to me again."

"Why wouldn't I talk to you?"

"Why would you? I'm a bad person. I killed your cat and took her place!" Helena wailed.

Troy didn't know what to do, but his body reacted almost by itself, springing forward to wrap his arms around Helena. After holding the sobbing cat girl to his chest for a while he began to speak. "Shhh. You already said you didn't mean for that to happen. You had a magical accident, that's all. And if you're feeling the familiar's bond part of Molly must still be in there, so don't talk like that."

Helena felt like she had on the day of the miscast spell, lying on Troy's chest and feeling his heart beat. She looked up at him shyly, her lip quivering. "You're not mad at me?"

Troy's hands rubbed gently up and down Helena's back, and she couldn't stop herself from purring softly. "Of course not. I want to help you get your human shape back, but I'm not sending you away or abandoning you. That'd be rude when you've been such a good girl these past weeks."

Those words, meant to be nothing more than a teasing joke, made Helena's heart race. Suddenly she was pressed tightly against Troy's chest, and her furry ears tickled his neck. Moving his hands up, he traced their edges with a finger before petting the top of Helena's head between them.

The transformed witch squirmed, biting her tongue to stop herself from moaning in pleasure she didn't know that part of her body could feel. Troy still noticed though, and he also noticed something grind against his thigh. Pushing Helena back, he stammered, "Y-y-you should get dressed now!"

Helena's face turned beet red as she backed off and saw the damp spot she'd left on Troy's pants. She tugged frantically at the hem of her shirt, only to realize the shirt's collar was so loose that it was slipping off her shoulders and about to expose her breasts too. She spun around to hide her front, giving Troy a full view of her round little bum since her tail was keeping the shirt from covering it, and jumped behind a wide dresser behind Troy's bed.

Peeking out from behind it, she whimpered. "Do you have any pants that would fit me? If not, I'll take a robe."
