He Does not and he really decides to see how far the changes go.

Keigo's curiosity was piqued now, he had to know what the notebook could do. he pulled it out opened it and got ready to write. "You actually taking studying seriously now Keigo." He hears Ichigo say as he looked over at the page not freaking out at what was written there. In a panic Keigo says, "M-maybe, just leave it be man." Ichigo raises his hands saying, "I'm just surprised man, if you want help you can just ask alright?" he then goes over to his spot. Calming down and realizing that it was really working he started to think up of some ideas to write down.

His first thought was that he was tired, tired of being in his position of being on the bottom of the groups pecking order and tired of just having to take it. So, the first thing he wrote was simple enough.

Keigo Asano's Father and Mother are incredible wealthy through their work of a realtor and model respectfully and have given both himself and his sister debit cards with a very generous allowance put in each account every month.

Having written that down he checked his wallet quick, lo and behold there was a card that was not there before. With a wince at a brief flash of memories going through his head about his mom and dad's work, it clicked with Keigo that the book was also affecting him deeper than he thought. Blinking away those memories for now, he thought a bit more about what to write. On a whim he went to a different page and titled it "Ichigo Kurosaki" and then wrote down.

Keigo wasn't sure what prompted this, maybe he was curious how far the book could go? Did want to see what Ichigo would look like as a girl and wonder how much her personality would change? But there was one thought that he felt truly prompted it, he wanted to get back at Ichigo on some level for wasting his chances at getting a girl, for all the times he smacked him for greeting him, not taking his personal/social life seriously, and maybe since he continues to screw up his chances with girls MAYBE a guy like himself could do something about that.
Taking a moment to look back at Ich-IZUMI, he flinched as his brain corrected himself, he had to fight his eyes bugging out and jaw hitting the ground. She was a knockout on the level of Orihime, she was the same height as before and hair was still the same color but done in a choppy pixie undercut style. The real stand outs had to be those tits, Keigo stopped himself from drooling at them, they had to be a solid pair of EE-cup and while he couldn't quite see it her looked particularly firm. The changed memories that came through didn't seem to change a whole lot it seemed, Izumi still would brawl it out with punks that gave her crap, people saying that she was a prostitute (She made sure to kick those ones in their crotches, HARD), still always had this permanent frown on her face, and still would smack him around. Seems that he still needs to figure out the specifics of what he would want to do with her.

Keigo took a moment to look at the clock and saw that he had enough time to write down two MAYBE three things before Ms. Ochi arrived. He would have to think fast.
