As someone who was absolutely addicted to video games(something even he could admit to without a hint of shame), one of the things he absolutely hated was leaving optional objectives incomplete. More often than not, John always went out of his way to find and complete any optional side quests, missions, or objectives that he could find that didn't have anything to do with the main quest aside from giving a few bonuses making it easier to accomplish. In fact, most games he had that had an achievement system more often than not had an achievement for doing so that he had completed it all.

So of course he was going for it. Especially since he couldn't really think clearly without nutting at least a couple times every morning. He has a LIB stat of 19 for a reason.

John proceeded to continue his usual morning routine. Walking into the bathroom and getting the shower stall ready, letting the water warm up just right as he gathered his things for his morning ablutions. He had plenty of time to go over the whole weird video game powers thing later. Though he was definitely taking care of the optional objective right now.

Stepping into the shower stall, as the warm water washed over him, John felt his body begin to stir from his rising from his bed. As he closed his eyes in his still waking state, he began to picture some of the av actresses from his favorite porn videos, as well as some of the more attractive women he knows from school.

Seeing this sudden deluge of information completely killed whatever arousal John had built up. He could think more clearly, faster, and reason things out more solidly in his head. It's not like instant knowledge shoved into his head, but more like comprehension and enhanced cognition. He was always smart, but this took it and cranked it up to eleven! As for the physical stat increases, it also showed slightly in his physique, and these were not merely cosmetic changes. He felt stronger. His stamina was also feeling deeper. He felt somewhat better control over his hand-eye coordination. His mind could understand and reason things out far better than before.
