Give hypnosis a try!

As the two sat for a moment, Futaba began fiddling with her coin. She would need to do something she was normally terrible at - acting. But given that she really was excited about the idea, maybe it would work.

"H-hey Sumire?" Futaba began "So since we have a second to talk..."

Sumire looked at her curiously. Even though she was suspicious, she was still Futaba's friend.

"What's up, Futaba?"

"Well so um... Recently I've been studying um... Hypnosis. So um... Would you be okay if maybe I tried it out on you? I-I know it's weird and kind of out there and if you don't want to I get it especially after everything that happened last year but--"

"Futaba!" Sumire interrupted as Futaba began to ramble. "So you've been studying hypnosis?"

Futaba paused

"Y-yeah... It just goes into the cognitive psience stuff and..."

Sumire smiled at her gently, placing her hand on Futaba's shoulder.

"Well... I'll admit I'm a little hesitant after last year like you said but... If you wanna try, I'll let you give it a go"

Futaba immediately perked up, smiling bashfully at Sumire

"Th-thanks" she murmured.
