Giovanna lived a life of luxury being born as the heiress of her father's lingerie dynasty. That was until her father's criminal panty-raiding escapades caused him to be assassinated. Gio was not only stripped of her fortune, but was later stripped to her tighty whiteys and hung on the school flagpole once her gold-digging "friends" learned she lost her fortune.

Gio, through her natural persuasiveness and persistence, regained her power. Over time, she blackmailed enough people to create a small masked gang who, instead of petty crimes, commit humiliating pranks to all who oppose them. She wants to strip the world that stripped her (in more ways than one), starting with Total Humiliation Island's cast.
