Gina's Mother

Now a lot of versions of Gina's mother, Samantha Beth Walker, could be described as a complete psycho and the reason Gina turned out this way. Some of them are good people who just have the misfortune of having Gina for a daughter.

But lets go for the one who's a complete psycho, its easier to justify cursing her. Many people would happily wish great ill upon her. This includes Gina herself and Tom who probably had it worse than Gina, given the crap he went through that Gina's mother did nothing about.
