Furry Curse

A bright flash of light bursts out of the box and before you knew it, you were knocked back and lying on the ground. Déjà vu, you open your eyes and try to look around but everything was a blur. "Hey, is everyone alright. April are you all together now or... not?"

"I think I'm all together." You hear her.

"I don't think you are." You hear her voice again only in a dry tone.

"What makes you say that." An April asks in a bubbly air head voice.

"You wouldn't be talking to yourself if you were." Your vision clears up as the different Aprils continue this discussion.

"Does anyone know if this thing did anything?" The agitated one asks out of frustration. They all turn towards the nerdy April with the glasses and hair bun as she picks up the box to investigate.

"It appears not, or at least there were no further side effects caused by the release of light on it's second opening." She puts the box back inside of the cardboard box they originally found it in. "We should probably refrain from touching it until we gather more information on this trinket. I'll try seeing what I can find on the internet and... what is it that everyone is observing at?" You stand stunned as the brainy April turns around, her nose now looking less human and more elephant...?

"Um, April. It's your nose. It... well maybe you should look." You say as you bring out your phone's camera to show her.

"Curious. It appears there was a delayed side effect after all. I, I have a trunk." As she inspects her face more her trunk grows longer, going down towards her chest as her skin turns gray. Everyone is too shocked to say anything, you aren't sure if the girl this is happening too is staying silent due to her being stunned or lost in a train of thought as she analyzes this transformation. Her ears start growing larger, followed by two teeth that grow into small tusks. "Curious and more curious, I think the transformation has ceased, I appear to be part human and part pachyderm."

"I thought you were part elephant." The cheery April says which causes the elephant girl to face palm with her own trunk.

"This is bad." The shy April says as she stays close to her doubles. "What if we all turn into animals."

"Then we all turn into animals." The girl in pigtails says optimistically. "Honestly, that looks kind of cool. At least you still have hands and not, whatever it is elephants have."

"Well, better her than me." The brunette with a ponytail says with a grin. "I don't know how I'd stand looking in a mirror if I had that thing dangling on my face. Ha."

"Well, at least I don't have fur."

"What do you mean by that. Wait, let me see that phone." The grumpy April swipes the phone and sees that the elephant April wasn't lying. She had white fur growing throughout her body with black patches including one on her right eye. "What, what the hell am I." Her mussel area extends outward and turns pink while a pair of horns grow out of her hair. Her ears stretch out to look more like cattle ears and her breasts swell up a couple of bra sizes until they reach an E-cup. This April isn't the only one who is horny as you get a little chubby from seeing that.

"At first I was gonna say you were a jackass, but more appropriately you are a cow." The brainy April retorts.

"Who are you calling a cow, trunk face." She looks down and cups her impressive new bust with a smile. "At least I filled out nicely." You just sit back and watch this cat fight unfold with the other Aprils. Is it still considered a cat fight? You look over and notice that the goth looking April now looks sick.

"Hey are you alright, you look green." You ask her as the two continue to argue.

"I feel fine. Can you not touch me please." She asks the shy April huddled next to her.

"I'm not touching you."

"I can feel your tail." You all take a double take as, yes indeed the awkward April has a long pink rope like tail poking out from her back.

"Oh no, no, no." She whispers to herself as gray fur grows around her. Her nose protruding from her face while whisker grow out, her two front teeth growing with a little gap between them. Her ears becoming large and round and moving higher up on her head until they are sticking out from her brunette hair. Her height also shrinks down a couple of inches as she is now noticeably shorter than her other doppelgangers. "What am I, is it okay? Please be honest."

"Aw, don't worry. You're just a mouse." The cheery one tries to console her. "A cute mouse. And adorable mouse. Right guys."

"Yeah, cute." You add in which helps her from sobbing and smiles a little. You look over to the green Alice and now see that her eyes have grown larger and are a bright red. Her nose has disappeared into two small nasal slits, her ears are gone, her mouth is wider and she now has yellow skin under her lip and down her chest. Speaking of skin, it now looks slimy and scaly, she looks like a ninja turtle.

"What? What did I turn into?" She asks as she notices you staring.

"I think you are a red eyed tree frog." She looks at her hands, the palms yellow while the back is green with her finger tips being puffy. She looks down and kicks off her shoes, her toes are now webbed and longer than before.

"Eh, I was expecting something cooler." She brushes it off, not being too fazed after seeing everyone else change.

"Ooh, is it my turn." The happy April says excitedly. "I bet it's my turn. I wonder if I'll be a bird, or maybe something like a dog or a tiger." As she rambles on about different animals you all notice whisker started growing from her face, also her pigtails are no longer pigtails but large, white rabbit ears. Her front teeth grows out just like mouse April, with her nose turning small and pink. She keeps talking until she notices white fur growing on her and looks at a mirror to see what she has become. "Oh My Gosh. I'm a bunny! I'm a cute little rabbit girl. Look I have these ears, and a cute little cotton tail." She turns around to shake the little puff ball that has popped our from her jeans. "Oh I'm like the cutest playboy bunny ever. Oh wait." She bends over to take off her shoes. Large rabbit feet fold out of them as she removes them from the tight confines of her sneakers. Wiggling her toes as they stretch out from her 18 inch long feet. "Aw, that's better."

"Know that that ordeal is over with, I suggest we all collaborate on a plan." The brainy April says as everyone adjust to their new fursonas.
