Phoebe Page - Frozen in Exactly As He Thought

Phoebe is an 18 year old Blue-Eyed Blonde who is 5’4” and wears glasses. She is a bit nerdy and very nosey, and when she catches Mark in the Girl’s restroom, he panics and permanently freezes her in time in a bit of an overreaction. Is best friends with Gabriella Borbón and Dawn Chavez.

Gabriella Borbón - Frozen in Gabriella in the Library

Gabriella is an 18 year old Brown Eyed Brunette and light skinned Latina of Ecuadorian and Paraguayan decent. She is somewhat popular, but still tries hard to study and be the first in her family to attend college, until she is permanently frozen by Mark to help cover up the disappearance of her best friend’s Phoebe and Dawn.

Dawn Chavez - Frozen in Out Back

Dawn in an 18 year old Brown eyed brunette Latina of Mexican descent. She is a bit of a rebel, and has a tendency to skip class as of late. She is best friends with Phoebe and Gabriella, though she does have other friend groups she has been estranged from lately. She is permanently frozen by Mark to help cover up Phoebe and Gabriella’s disappearances.

Rae Tucker - Frozen in Just a Little Get Together

Rae is an 18 year old blue eyed Brunette originally from Texas. She moved to New York with her mom after she divorced her father. Best friends with Emily, the two of them were approached by a private investigator to spy on Mark, and were immediately discovered. She is permanently frozen on New Years Eve by Mark while covering for Emily, who was snooping around the house.

Emily MacKenzie - Frozen in Just a Little Get Together

Emily is an 18 year old Brown eyed Brunette who has grown up in bad foster homes for most of her life. She became best friends with Rae after the former moved to New York, meeting at school. When she gets kicked out of her foster home on New Year’s Eve, she and Rae hatch a plot to spy on Mark for money from a private P.I to afford a new home. She ended up with a new home, being permanently frozen by Mark after she discovered his collection of frozen women while snooping around his home.

Delilah Knox - Frozen in Cat and Mouse

Delilah is a 47 year old green eyed Redhead. A private investigator who is in a bit of a low point in her career, she gladly takes a case from Gabriella’s parent’s, who are convinced she left town on a road trip with Phoebe and Dawn. Although the case seems impossible, she successfully determines Gabriella was taken by Mark. Utilizing spy’s hastily recruited from Rae and Emily, she is permanently frozen by Mark before delivering any of her findings. As a result the case for Gabriella, Phoebe, and Dawn goes cold, and she is blamed for **** Rae and Emily.

Jane Dawkins - Frozen in Questions are Answered

Jane is an 18-year-old brown eyed Brunette with a diamond shaped face originally from California. She ran away from home for unknown reasons, eventually making it across the country, where she fell in with the Fagin crime gang as a pickpocket and recruiter. After an attempt to recruit Vivian Bailey goes wrong, she is permanently frozen after Mark and Katie interrogate her while trying to locate Vivian.

Claire Davis - Frozen in Invasion

Claire is an 18-Year-Old African-American girl with a diamond shaped face and curly hair. She ran away from home and soon ended up caught up in the Fagin theft gang as an enforcer. Her looks can be deceiving. She is permanently frozen when Mark and Katie storm the hideout of the Fagin gang.

Vivian Bailey- Frozen in “Rescue”

Vivian is a blue eyed, blonde younger sister of Haley Bailey. Although academically talented, following the **** of her mother on New Years Eve, she fell into a depressive spiral. Eventually she got into the wrong crowd thanks to Jane Dawkins. She is permanently frozen by Mark with agreement from her older sister, who felt they had at that point lost everything, and that life as a frozen sex doll was better.

Rose Fagin- Frozen in “Rescue”

Rose is a brown eyed brunette and the teenage daughter of Jaqueline Fagin, the result of a one night stand. She is loyal to her mother, and although not formally part of her mother’s criminal enterprise, she was still very much involved. She is permanently frozen when Mark and Katie go to clean up the Fagin gang headquarters.

Jaqueline Fagin- Frozen in “Rescue”

Jaqueline is a 44 year old brown eyed brunette who leads a criminal enterprise, that targets runaways and **** teen girls exclusively for its membership. After her gang targets Vivian Bailey, she is permanently frozen when Mark and Katie go to clean out the headquarters.

Haley Bailey - Frozen in Reunion?

Haley is an 18 year slim brown eyed blonde, a song and theater star in high school, and older sister to Vivian. She accidentally discovers Mark’s secret and agrees to be frozen at the end of summer, but this plan is moved up after Vivian is taken by the Fagin gang. She agrees to be frozen if Mark and Katie rescue Vivian, and ruffles this part of the deal when this is completed.
