Follow Penny's P.O.V.

Penny made short work of the trek between her room and Lydia's. Once in the safety of her dorm, the state of her underwear left no options to the final destination, going straight for her bedroom and closing the door after herself.

She wasted no time removing every piece of garment on her body and tossing them in a corner, going straight into her birthday suit. She wanted absolutely nothing impeding the magical experience that was about to occur. She moved to her wardrobe, taking out an inconspicuous box on the top shelf and brought it close to her bed. Opening the lid revealed her simple balloon stash of varying colors, mostly party sized. There were some pieces that were slightly bigger, but none breached the sixteen inches in recommended size. She didn't have the budget for the bigger, more expensive one, nor did she have the space to inflate them in her small dorm.

But after her chance meeting with Lydia and her fantastical wish-making book, none of this mattered anyone. Penny was about to inflate one by mouth, when she swiftly remembered that she didn't even have to do that, anymore! With just a simple sentence of three words, these beauties will jump her in the blink of an eye, doing all the preparation and hard work all by themselves.

She was about to blurt the magic words, when she had one last idea. She wanted some of them to be able to do a little bit more. The blue-haired girl made a beeline to where she knew she had a ribbon spool, something she mostly used when packaging gifts. With the white roll and a pair of scissors in hand, she moved back to her bed and proceeded to cut eight pieces over five feet long. That way, the balloons would have more than enough reach for anything they'd wish to do to her.

Penny attached each string to a different balloons, tying the neck and securing them in place while leaving them deflated. With that final step done and feeling something wet flowing along one of her leg, she knew she had waited long enough. She wants this, and she wants it now. With her breath ragged, she went for it.

"Pineapple on spaghetti..." she released in a whisper.
