Flirting!?!

So he was flirting with me, that much you'd have to be blind not to see. He was flirting and I was eating it right up because he was hot and handsome and he thought I was cute.

And he thought I was a girl.

And I liked that he thought that way.

And I know that was weird and out of character and I'd be lying if I said that it wasn't odd to me, a little, that my whole personality drifted so goddamn fast. But at the same time this felt so good to me, this felt so right to me.

So I couldn't really complain about things.

"Touch, huh?" I asked, leaning in and running my hand over his while I smiled up at him, "I guess I can see the appeal of touch."

The big handsome jock looked down at my hand touching his and I followed his gaze. I took note of the differences between us, how pale my skin was in comparison to his tan and how tiny and slight my fingers seemed in contrast to his meaty paws.

And then, looking back up at him, I saw him positively beaming back at me.

"I think you can," he said, "I think I can see that."

I blushed a little, curling my fingers and playing my fingernails over the back of his hand before drawing them away.

"I'm Emily, by the way," I introduced myself.

"Jake," he nodded, "Nice to meet you, Emily."

"Nice to meet you too, Jake," I replied.

Rocking a little back and forth on my heels I clasped my hands behind my back, noticing that between my stance and the heavy bag I was carrying I had to adjust my posture in a way that meant I was leading breasts first really. And Jake was doing his level best to be a gentleman and not stare down at me, but god the man was practically sweating from the effort of that alone.

I was here to flirt, not to tease. Sure the line between the two of them was often a little murky but Rachel had sent me over to flirt and to get a number and that was about it. Anything beyond that was beyond the line of what I had to do and almost beyond conscionable. It would be cruel.

To tease him.

To make him ache for me.

That would make me a very bad girl.

Licking my lips slowly I stop rocking on my heels and step up, butting up against the sign and pouting a little as I bring my hands around from my back and trace my fingers idly across the countertop between us. The movements bring me closer and closer to him, closer and closer to the point of closest connection which just so happens to be the not so small bulge that is pressing at the front of his athletic shorts right now.

"So the team," I press on, "You think there would be a place for me? You think that you could fit me in?"

I do my level best not to cringe at myself. I've never done anything like this before and I mean I want to and more than just wanting to check it off I want to be good at it, but I don't know if I am.

Then again from the way he reacts, nodding quickly and earnestly and eagerly at me before he even speaks, I think Rachel might have actually been more right than I could imagine.

Maybe I am hot enough to pull this off without trying.

"I'm sure you'd be welcome on the team," he said, trying to encourage me, "I mean I'd love to have you on me. On the team, that is. I think you'd be a great addition."

I giggle, smiling and batting my eyes up at him.

"Are you sure?" I asked, "I mean you haven't even seen me work."
