First day of Team building exercises

So as a means of getitng the girl scouts to learn more about one another there are team building activities that are in place. These team building activities are there to help the girl scouts learn more about working together with the aim of making them identify each others strengths and weaknesses that compliment each other.

So for the first day of team building you carry out The silent line-up activity.

Perfect you get to see the prospective girl friends organised in height, age, etc this is easier than being a stalker.
