You land a hit on the doctor's head, he pulls some kind of small fire extinguisher from the box but he's stunned by the blow and fails to operate the strange weapon.
He drops it, and holds his head, spitting blood on the floor trying to recover.
You can run and escape, or you can try to finish him.
