Pressing in the skull, doomgal soon claimed her machine gun.
It was belt-fed, using weird portal tech from mars to fit more than a dozen yards of ammo into the gun without ever having to reload. With some checks, she saw everything was in working condition, nearly pristine even, as if it never spat a casing or bullet. But then the weapons that were modified on mars had some special parts that meant degradation of the parts were nearly fifteen times slower.
Pulling back the safety, feeling up the trigger, she marched towards a now open door into the next room, ready to mowdown any demon stupid enough to get in her way.
