"I knew you had it in you!"

Taking her comment as praise rather than what they actually were, you inspected the card. Even if it was barely as large as palm of your hand, it felt like there were boundless possibilities leading from the winding trail and endless mysteries just beyond the edges of the magical forest it ran through. All that was missing was a sign saying: Here Be Dragon Girls.

The other cards had taken on similar fantastical qualities. Gone was the old school, replaced by a castle with spires piercing the heavens. The girls resembled warrior-princess, one having taking on demonic qualities while the other only became more angelic with snow white wings coming from her back. On the mecha, the guns made way for a sword that seemed to crackle with magical energy and was now far more knightly in appearance.

Entranced by the myriad of changes, you managed to miss the first of the goddess' words as she started to speak again. "...a choice. Ah-humph." Jolted back to reality by her cough. You could feel your cheeks reddening as she had caught you looking a little too closely at the demoness. "As I was saying," pausing and raising an eyebrow, only lowering it once she was certain she had your attention, "hopefully in a world were good an evil are actually forces it'll be easier to make a choice on where you stand." By her tone, she didn't seem to mind what that choice would be.

Intrigued by something else however, you spoke up. "Will you be one of the goddesses of the world?"

Taking her time to ponder the question, she eventually shook her head. "No brownie points for you if your plan was to worship me. There's a few recently ascended gods I'll be handing it over to. Will have my hands full trying to sort out the mess you left behind, although that includes keeping a close eye on you. Just imagine me with a scowl of disappointment and always looking over your shoulder." You easily could.

"Satisfied with what you have or do you want to draw your final card?"
