Face the Demon

You brave yourself and decide to go for the demon. You take the left turn cautiously, knife in hand, creeping step by step, until the figure comes into full view and causes you to freeze.

It's the demon from before- the one you rescued Lorelei from. You must have frustrated it enough for it to escape from its cell, and it was lucky enough to come across you.

You turn back- anything would be better than an encounter with this massive, spiked beast- but it's too late. It slams against you knocking you into a corner, and stands between you and any exit as it laughs its guttural laugh.

Knife still in hand, you do your best to defend yourself- but it's helpless with all of its attention on you. It begins to walk forward, massive spiked cock protruding- your only manner of self defense left is to curl up into a ball, and for once in your life, your prayers are answered.

You look up to see the beast engulfed in flame. It writhes for a moment, but then disintegrates- back to its own plane of existence to heal. Behind it, you now see, was Lorelei- who has now saved you from the same fate you rescued her from.

The two of you laugh nervously and embrace- in a moment like this, you're just happy to have one friend. But as you break the hug, you see something terrible.

The black haired witch from before- the one who sent Lorelei into the jail to begin with, now corners the two of you. She claps slowly, as two demons flank her. She smiles in pure evil as she looks the two of you over like a cat seeing a mouse.

"To kill a demon with a pact bound to you, Lorelei..." the witch sucks her teeth in disapproval. "And to do so to help someone here to **** our very own Mother? For shame." The two demons approach Lorelei, who cries out in horror.

"No, no, I'm sorry! Please, I swear I can make this up!" She cries out. The other witch simply laughs at the traitor, before walking up and looking her up and down. Lorelei continues to panic.

"C'mon, you're a hunter... hunt!" She says, gesturing erratically towards the other witch and her beasts. You feel a deep sense of shame, knowing just how futile this is, and the raven-haired witch laughs.

"Well, beasts- you know the rules. A traitor to the pact is yours to keep. Enjoy the demon world, Lorelei!" The young witch screams out as the demons grasp her, and then disappear in a flash of fire. You can do nothing but stare agape at the black haired witch as you struggle to even conceive of your friends fate.

"Well, as for you..." She says, and then snaps her fingers. You immediately feel dizzy, and drop hard to the floor, blacking out. The last things you see are the witch's demon companions descending upon you, and you are fully aware that by the time you come to, they'll have long since had their way with you.

But you won't remember that. For you, it's time to answer to Mother.
