Extra Short Story: (Tsuyu's School Commute)
A few months back, before the U.A. Dorms had been conceived, the students were still subject to public transport on the daily. Many put up with it, of course. Some, however, kind of liked the thrill that it came with. These were almost always the female students, who all had one or two stories to tell.
This is one of them.
Most days, Tsuyu was pretty good for predicting the weather. She really was.
Today, however, it must have slipped her mind, as she noticed the sudden dark cloud overhead.
"Oh no," Tsuyu said aloud. She had left her umbrella back at the house and she was too far to go back and get it. She only had a shirt on, too, so that was gonna get soaked, if she wasn't quick. She really thought it was sunny, when she had left.
Walking to school was a massive blunder, Tsuyu realised.
Almost as though the heavens were cruelly toying with her specifically, they parted almost instantly and Tsuyu had no time to find shelter before she was completely drenched in under a minute.
"Augh," Tsuyu said, finding an awning to hind under for a short spell.
She didn't mind the water, of course. She loved it, in fact. Her quirk guaranteed it. However, wet clothes were a nightmare and she was just as susceptible to the common cold as any human was, frog quirk or none.
Shaking water out of her hair and off her fingers, she heard a man's voice behind her. The voice belonged to the grocer, whose awning she was currently underneath, amongst the melons and apples that he was selling.
"I was bummed about the weather turning but it seems like it is my lucky day after all. It's only fair you take a look at my melons, since I got a good viewing of yours, eh?"
Tsuyu had no idea what he meant by that, until she followed his finger downward to her chest.
Her shirt was completely soaked through and her bra was incredibly visible. Plus, since Tsuyu usually hunched forward slightly, it provided an even better view of her cleavage.
Tsuyu blushed.
"I-I didn't mean to."
"Sure you didn't. No coat. No umbrella. You knew what you were doing." the grocer said, smugly, not shifting his eyes away from her bra.
"No, really. Ribbit. I didn't know it was going to rain today."
The grocer held his hands up humbly.
"It's okay. I don't mean anything by it... You have a great set, though. This coming from a man who's seen a lot in his time."
Tsuyu calmed down and smiled.
"Thank you, sir. Do you mind, if I wait here until the rain stops?"
"Sure, if it means I get to look at you all the longer. By my guest."
Tsuyu was not used to such attention, always being considered ugly growing up, by her school peers. It wasn't like she could get any advice from her mother, who had a far more brutal experience growing up.
She kind of liked feeling pretty for once.
The two exchanged general conversation for the next few minutes. The grocer kindly looking at her from top to bottom, while they were speaking. Tsuyu was really enjoying having such a pervy experience, making an effort to show off a little more.
Her thoughts turned to Mineta once or twice. His stares always made her feel happy, too.
Finally, the rain ceased, although the sky still looked tremendously threatening. Still, Tsuyu was late enough as it was, so decided to risk it.
"I've got to go. Thank you for the shade."
"Thanks for the free show, Asui. Have a good day, now."
"You can call me Tsu-!"
