Dr. Dillamond looked at his subject. This wasn't good. The girl didn't have her happy chip. And he had promised the father not to do any surgical operations.

He saw no other solution than to strip this girl of her brain power even more. He had done it before with one female. She had been nothing but trouble for her owner, and the man couln't pay for any real operation. So he had just intensified the standard IQ reduction procedure. The experiment had failed miserably. The girl had developed incontinence problems, and couldn't even stand on her own two feet anymore.

But that had been years ago, and in the meantime he had perfected his technique. He had been very succesfull with this new machine. Able to give an exact IQ number, and fastly improving the technology of the wave treatment. It had been the breaking point in his career, but never again had he been given the oppotunity like this, being allowed to lower a females brain below 60, and making her officially retarded.

He put the helmet and the gag on the hysterically crying girl again, and stept back to his computer panel.
