Epilogue

A week had gone by from when Mary and Steven had told Cassie their story. Surprisingly, her teacher had believed it all!

However, that wasn't the concern of the two parents who were driving like a bat out of hell towards the park late at night, having just gotten a call from Cassie asking for help before her phone died. Mary hit the breaks as she and Steven stepped out of the car and raced towards the park entrance.

"Cassie!" Steven called out, "Mommy and Daddy are here! Where are you?!"

"Oh, Steven! I don't like this!" Mary said, looking around. "What if that creepy freak who chased us around... Oh, God! I can't even finish that thought!"

"It's okay, Mary! We'll -"

*Psst!*

Steven and Mary paused as they turned to the empty playground equipment as a familiar, beat red face poked out from behind the tube slide... As well as an equally as embarrassed young man around Cassie's age.

"Uh... Hey, Mom and Dad." Cassie said sheepishly. "I see you got my text before my phone died."

"Cassandra! Thank God you're okay!" Mary said in relief. "What's wrong?! Are you okay?! Who is this?!"

"So, uh... This is Wilbur."

"Hi." Wilbur said awkwardly.

"We're fine." Cassie said with a sheepish laugh, "But uh... You guys don't happen to have a couple of jackets on you right now, right?"

"No. Why?" Steven asked in confusion.

"Well... Let's just say Wilbur and I have a Jessica and Tyrone of our own." Cassie replied, sticking out an arm and leg to reveal her bare calf and shoulder as Wilbur did the same.

Steven and Mary could only look at each other in a mixture of concern and shock...

Neither parent bringing up the fact they had seen hickeys on the necks of both the younger couple.
