Enter the library

You enter the dark library, you smell the old paper and dust in the air.
The tunnel of bookshelves stretches ahead, with ancient books on the floor and into every available space on the walls. There is no sound, just the silence, extreme silence.

When you walk, you find a table with a candle burning and a closed black book, its cover is made of leather and it's marked by a pentagram that glows with a green light. The pulse of the glow is like a heartbeat.

You pause for a moment because you can investigate the mysterious tome, use the candle to destroy it, or you can just walk away and traverse the library.
