What do I do with it?
Enchanting
I use my standard stacking to get the enchantments done in four hours… over six hundred grand in market value. I can get the basic enhancement bonus up to +6 by spending Mythic on the Endless Ammunition path ability from The Stranger Mythic path (and can eliminate the misfire chance to boot), so I focus on other effects: Interfering so I can use her for AoOs around me. Distance so she fires further. Conductive so I can use my spell-like abilities (all my casting…) through her. Driving so I can do shots that knock people down or push them back… without actually hurting them. Maiming because it basically lets me double my damage when I crit (which will always happen when I want…). Greater Transformative so I can make her into any other weapon at will… and then I switch her to an Elvencraft Longbow form so I can add two sets of melee weapon enchantments (an Elvencraft Longbow is essentially three weapons, as far as the rules are concerned). Glamoured so I can cloak her in an illusion of any other object at will. Impervious to avoid rust and such.
Then, just for more skill boosts, I make her an item familiar. That lets me buff myself with Enable Function (Open Minded) to get ranks in pointless skills like Profession(Underwater basket weaving), invest them in the item, and use those invested ranks to get a bonus on skills that can actually matter (like Perception).
After that? Mythic Heirloom. Eternal Bond, Returning twice, and Intelligence five times… so she can cast Wish three times a day, which I can recharge for her indefinitely via the Fate sphere's Heroism talent: Working together, that's a Wish every round for as long as we like… which gets me another five points on each stat, and allows me to cast Embrace the Dark Chaos to turn Combat feats from Heroics into Abyssal heritor feats, then Shun the Dark Chaos to turn the Abyssal heritor feats into any feats I like, letting me chain things for requirements. The real kicker is that Intelligence turns her into a creature, allowing me to buff her up like myself. So then I have her turn into a poison ring to fit on my hand, illusion herself up so she looks like a plain gold band, then switch herself back out for her default form, and teleport back up. Another thirty Wishes (five per stat) to boost Alice, and I have her watch me switch my creation into ring form.
“You’re a nightmare for any kind of security, you know,” she blinks at me.
I shrug, “Since level one: Teleportation breaks a fundamental security assumption. Now let's go over a few more applications, hmm?”
We work for a while, and there's a knock at the door. Alice's answers (it's her house, after all), and comes back in a moment holding a big round object covered in plain brown paper, “It's addressed to you… no shipping mark, no return address, and nobody in the yard when I got there.”
“Given that it's a half-mile of flat land to the gate, that's pretty impressive…” I consider as I realize my divinations didn't flag anyone either. Although… I did grab the Artifact path ability from the Bound Mythic path, so… “I am kind of expecting a package, though.”
She hands it to me, and I open it: A three foot diameter, well-polished steel shield with what looks like the head of a woman with snakes for hair (her eyes closed) partway buried in the steel at the center. Exactly what I specified, the Aegis: A +4 Determination large steel shield (it's strong and grants a little emergency healing once a day), that also provides a Resistance bonus to saves and immunity to Gaze attacks… and it gets better when I focus on defense. But that's not the gem. The big bonus is the head of a medusa: A little Mythic power and it provides two distinct save or lose effects: A Will save for Fear (irrespective of looking) and a Fort save for turning creatures to stone (a gaze attack, they have to be looking). Even better… I also get to customize it with a few Legendary Item abilities, and it's not capped by existing ones (unlike Heirloom and the Legendary Item abilities themselves: Heirloom has a cap tied to Legendary item usage). So I have a few more options when I wear it.
“It's a little tacky…” my host frowns, “...why did you buy it?”
“It's Mythic,” I shrug, toss it, and use the Returning ability to put it back on my arm, “I don't expect to need it often, but it is actually a potent weapon, and I don't have to carry it to quickly have it on hand.” Also, thanks to my Shadow talents, I effectively have four arms, and so can do a two handed wield on a weapon while still making use of the shield and having a hand free. I cast Advanced Invisibility on it to make it fade from sight, “Also, I can change appearances.” I additionally shift it to my shadow.
“So… more power, then?” She cringes.
I shrug, "Dying once was enough.” The alarm on my phone beeps, “oh, looks like it's time to go handle the healing interviews….” we Warp over.
