Emi to the rescue.

As Bryce left Emi Lan entered the office and saw Kimiko and someone else sitting on the couch.

"Kimiko?"Emi said seeing her not responding she looked her over seeing no bite marks and still dressed.

"she's hypnotized easy fix"Emi said and slapped her across the cheek.

"hey what was that for!?"Kimiko said angrily however she stopped when her memory returned.

"your welcome"Emi said as she left the room.

"Mom! Mom wake up!"Kimiko said slapping her mother across the cheek.

"wha? Kimiko? what?..!?"Yuzi muttered before she remembered what happened.

"oh my god vampire's are real!"Yuzi thought as she stood up and drew her Glock.

"mom that's not going to work against vampire's"Kimiko said as she checked the door.

"maybe but kneecap's and hand shots will stagger them"Yuzi replied as they ran out of the office.

"Kimiko what happened?"Yuzi asked running through the hallway back to the car park.

"Emi Lan she saved us and left I don't know where to I think she's started a fire somewhere"Kimiko replied as they made it outside and got in to the explorer and quickly drove off.

"Mom what are you going to do?"Kimiko asked as they drove away from the school.

"first I'm getting you out of Kingston second I'm not sure yet"Yuzi replied as she started to make a list of people who could maybe help.

Back at school Bryce looked at his empty office in irritation seeing Kimiko and her mother missing he should have known the fire was a diversion to get him away and rescue Kimiko and her mother.

"or was it for another reason?"Bryce thought.

"maybe you can tell Mrs Emi Lan"Bryce said as he turned around just as Emi walked through the door.
