Ella Myada is the Commander of the Rose Squadron, and the one who runs the day to day operations of the base in New York. She's shrewd, but occasionally rather kind. She gave Caroline a job as an assistant, for example, but beyond that she's rarely in a giving mood. She is a decent commander, as far as her actions are concerned, but she would be significantly better if she had better Intel on the monsters she was going up against, and if the TRT wasn't intentionally keeping her in the dark. And finally, she also has two daughters in the area, Sophia (Age 21), and Roselyn (Age 19). Her second daughter Roselyn was the inspiration for the name, The Rose Squadron as it stands, because Roselyn killed a Lupick with a knife on the day of the Ascent, an action that gave some hope to the people who heard of it.

As far as a candidate for "Creation" goes, Ella Myada is a terrible candidate. The reason for that being she's not a field commander, so getting her up the Tower is next to impossible, and also just more effort then it's worth. But I'm certain that sooner or later she's gonna make a very decent broodmother to one monster or another.
