Jasmine : "I'm meant to send you to meet Banson in the park. I trust you can find your way?"

You nod.

Jasmine : "excellent. We'll have longer sessions in the future, I think Mrs. Gray has us scheduled for 2 days a week normally that we won't have to split between specialties. Feel free to come by this office anytime though, I know you're going through a lot of changes."

Jessica : "Thanks, I appreciate that."

And with that you head out of the library, only getting a little lost in the corridors and shelves before walking across campus back to prospect park. As you got close you join several dozen first years gathering around Branson. You hear a familiar voice.

Plano : "Hey, Jessica!"

You turn to see Plano.

Jessica : "Hi Plano, nice to see you again. How was the beast master meet up?"

Plano : "Really fun actually, I've noticed specialties tend to have some similar personalities."

Jessica : "oh, what are beast masters like?"

Plano : "everyone there is already joining a geri ball team for instance"

That made sense to you, there was something animalistic and primal about the appeal of sports.

Jessica : "what do us elementalists have in common?"

Plano seems to think about it for a moment. You hear another familiar voice. Amber seems to have snuck up on you.

Amber : "The healer meet up said we're passionate hot heads."

She must have overheard some of the conversation.

Jessica : "Ha, that seems possible... This is Plano by the way"

You say, indicating the boy.

Jessica : "and this is one of my room mates Amber"

Plano seemed to be pleased to be introduced to another cute girl and amber didn't seem to mind making the boys acquaintance either. Your conversation is interrupted by Banson deciding everyone has arrived.

Banson : "Hello my charges! I am Banson Caman but you can all call me Banson. I will be teaching you the fine art of elemental control. It's the most common specialty but also one of the most useful and versatile ones. Moving things and growing plants are excellent skills in our complicated world. But there is nothing that solves quite as many problems as cleansing fire. Or a bolt of lightning."

You think Banson must have a pretty particular definition of "problem" but you appreciate his enthusiasm.
