Dystopian

Dystopian settings can range from teenagers needing to be sacrificed in blood games to a computer generated world.

Creativity here is very vast as it could be a dystopia where sex is a currency or that the government demands that so-and-so is but a breeding toy for the other sex.

Here are some suggestions:

A parody of the Hunger Games where either the teens are sent in an arena naked to see who could last the longest or have one half run away from the other half who will fuck them when caught.

A time where the government decides who and when someone can have sex with somebody forever but the resistance goes on a massive orgy as defiance.

Transhumans.

1984 styled **** where the one being tortured is in a fetish they don't like.

Dystopia is a good and flexible genre often overlook because teens. But other than that, creativity is key here and anything could happen.
