Drag Chloe into the lake

Zack decided to take a risk and drag Chloe into the water. He’s aware that his best friend can become really mad at him at first, but in the long run he’s sure that she’ll thank him for giving her that little push. Or pull, if his plan worked.

“Ok, I’m going then.” He announced, but at the last minute he faked a trip on the dock’s edge and slipped his foot.

“Zack, be careful!” Chloe reached her hand to him, only for Zack to grasp it and drag the fully clothed redhead with him to the lake.

He knew that Chloe knew how to swim, so he wasn’t worried that she could drown. They stayed underwater for a few seconds and then swam to the surface. When they resurfaced, Chloe pushed her wet hair from her face and glared at him.

“Dammit, Zack!” She yelled at him. “You did it on purpose, you fucker!”

Zack grinned. “I can neither confirm nor deny the accusation.” He glanced at Victoria, Ashley and Brandon and noticed that they were laughing at the scene.

“Ugh! Idiot!” Chloe shot back, splashing a lot of water at Zack.

Zack retaliated by splashing water at her again. Chloe’s blue eyes narrowed at him and then she continued to splash water on him. Zack kept countering her splashes and soon the two best friends were laughing and splashing water on each other like they were little kids again. They even missed the rest of their friends joining them at the dock.

“Hey Chloe!” Heather called from the dock. “If you stay in these wet clothes you may catch a cold.”

“She’s right!” Kurt grinned, he had jumped into the water and was swimming nearby Zack, Chloe and Brandon. “You better take everything off before it’s too late.”

Zack met Chloe’s eyes. “You don’t have to do it in front of us.” He whispered. “But they’re right, you may catch a cold. You can go inside to change if you want.”

Chloe smiled at him. “No, I think it’s time for me to face my issues.” She admitted. “Thanks for giving me that little pull."

“You’re welcome.” Zack returned his friend’s smile.

As she swam back to the dock, Zack noticed that Kurt’s eyes were fixed on Chloe, which repulsed him. Victoria, Ashley and Heather acted like that wasn’t a big deal, but they probably were at least a bit curious to see if Chloe would go through with it. As for Brandon, he wasn’t paying attention since he already had a hot girlfriend.

Chloe then reached for the hem of her t-shirt and began to pull it up. But then she glanced around and noticed that everyone was looking expectantly at her, making her freeze. Zack knew that she was panicking.

“Sorry!” She yelled suddenly, breaking into a sprint towards the cabin.

“I’ll go talk to her.” Zack told the others and ran after his friend.

He passed Gavin on the deck and entered the cabin. He then went to the bedroom he’d share with Chloe and found his friend sitting dejectedly on the bed. When he entered, she glanced at him with her blue eyes full of water.

“I couldn’t do it,” She said. “When I saw all of them staring at me I just couldn’t.”

Zack smiled and moved to sit beside her on the bed. He wrapped his right arm around her shoulders and pulled her head to his right shoulder.”Shh, it’s okay.” He said.

After about a minute, Zack had an idea. He’d have to phrase the question properly so that she wouldn’t think he had turned into a lecherous pervert all of a sudden. He took a deep breath.

“I have an idea,” He paused. “Why don’t you practice with me?”

Chloe turned to look at him directly. “You mean taking off my clothes for you?” She asked, puzzled. “I don’t think my career choices for college include being a stripper, Zack.”

Zack laughed, it was just like Chloe to make fun of a serious situation even when she was the one that was upset. “I don’t mean like that, just do what you’d do at the lake.” He clarified. “Why don’t you show me the bathing suit you brought?”

“My bikini?” Chloe asked. Zack nodded and then her face morphed into one of deep thought. Zack was starting to worry that his idea had been too absurd and insulting.

What’ll be her response? Will she take off her clothes or will she refuse?
