Who gets the Rock?

Donatello was working on a secret project. One which he had been on since they had returned from their time-space trip to stop the Triceratrons and their destruction of Earth by way of the Black Hole Generator. Something he had found in his stuff when they had teleported down.

A green piece of jade with the words 'Make a Wish' rippling across it. He had studied it and found it was producing a major source of energy, more powerful then any thing he had seen. It seemed to flux and change chaotically, in ways he didn't expect. Till he had exhausted all of the scientific methods which he could use on it. And he learned...

'Nothing. Nothing except this rock isn't ordinary and wants me to make a wish. So I'm guessing it's either advance science I have never seen before, magic or all of the above. Which means it could grant wishes. I need more information...' he thought, trying to figure out what kind of method he could use to get information.

The only thing he could think of was to test it. But now?
