As Arthur entered his house, he noticed that the TV and lamp had now turned on. Entering the Kitchen, he turned the tap and watched as the water came rushing out. "This doesn't make sense" he said aloud "The water and electrics, I can explain, but what happened to Abbey and Wendy? It makes no-" he suddenly stopped as something flashed in his mind "The watch..all this happened after I touched that watch! Where's that box, maybe there's some sort of note inside that explains everything?"

He found the box and, sure enough, there was an envelope with his name on; opening it, he pulled out the letter itself, unfolded it and began to read;

"Dear, Arthur,

I don't know if you're reading this before or after the fact but fuck it, it doesn't change what I have to say;

I know what's in this box looks like a normal pocket watch but it can actually stop time. Ok, that's stretching it a bit, what I mean to say is, in reality, the User is moving so fast, it just appears time has stopped. If you've ever heard of Einstein's Theory of Relativity, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.

Now, before you start getting loads of big ideas, I hate to spoil your fun, but there's some rules you need to observe, so listen up!

Rules: The User can only use the watch for an hour each day. The User sets the minute hand to how many minutes they want time to "stop" for then closes both sides of the watch and pushes in the plungers. The watch must remain on the User's person at all times. If two people are touching the watch when it is activated, both are affected, but both must remain touching it for it to work for both while time is "stopped".
