Harry threaded deeper and deeper into the forest. Soon enough only dim lights penetrated the crowns of the gnarly trees around him, and though the sun was still up the cover of night fell on this part of the forest, leaving the vegetation in a blueish hue with spots of impenetrable darkness concealing areas not obscured by the bushes and shrubs he was made to wade through.

Soon enough something else joined the vegetation; cobwebs connecting the trunks of the trees or the branches of the same trees. They had become like the blossoms of the barren branches of the forest he navigated. Large thick nets of silk suspended between twigs and branches, some of them higher than Harry was. Soon it became difficult to dodge the webs connecting the trees, as they had become more numerous and more denser than the branches that supported them.
