Kai stared at his screen angrily, not thrilled about the deal he had just accepted, before opening the perk tree and purchasing another target slot. That was going to set him back, a lot.

Done with his business, he returned to his bedroom and hugged his boyfriend again, taking a deep breath against his head to breathe his smell.

“I love you…” He whispered, before falling back to sleep.

Luke woke up some hours later, enjoying the weight of Kai’s arm over his side, feeling the warmth of his body against his skin.

“Good morning sleepyhead.” Kai whispered when he noticed him moving. “Did you sleep well?”

“Better than well.” Luke replied before turning to face Kai, giving him a small peck on the lips. “It really happened, huh… it wasn’t a dream…”

“Nope! And if it was… I hope I never wake up.” Kai joked and kissed him again, slowly rotating them on the bed, making Luke lay under him.

“That makes us two then.” Luke said before biting his lower lip. “Although we maybe should go have breakfast before this scalates…”

Kai chuckled and moved away slightly, letting Luke get out of the bed if he wanted to. “We should probably shower first. You take the first turn, I think if we go together we will somehow leave even more sweaty.”

Luke smiled and got out of the bed, noticing how Kai kept staring at his naked butt as he walked across the room, feeling more than a bit of discomfort with every step.

Once Kai was left alone, he took out his phone and opened Luke’s perk tree, taking the liberty to purchase a few skills for him.

“Ummm Kai… can I ask you something a bit stupid?” Luke said as he filled butter croissant with jam.

“Sure?” Kai chuckled, taking a sip of his coffee.

“What do we do now?”

Kai put down his mug and stared at Luke with a smile. “I assume you aren’t talking about waking up late and missing class.” Kai teased before getting serious.

“In my case, my parents already know I’m gay, well, bisexual, but making boomers learn the difference is about as hard as you could imagine.” Kai took another sip of his coffee. “I was serious about loving you, and wanting you to be my boyfriend, if that’s what you are asking.”

Luke stayed silent for a moment, he envied how confident Kai was, the casual yet serious way Kai was explaining it, like it was more than obvious.

“I am not really worried about my parents either… I don’t think they will react badly, and if they do, our college has “affordable” bedrooms.” Luke explained. “I like you as well, Kai. And I do want to be your boyfriend, it's just… too sudden, too overwhelming. Just a week ago I was sure I was the straightest man in town.”

Luke blushed slightly before taking a few bites of his jam filled croissant, feeling much better after the surprisingly simple conversation.

“So… that's it? We are now officially dating, and I get to choose how fast or how slow we go?” Luke asked, relieved and incredulous at the same time.

“Basicaly, although I demand at least a date per week, and I’m paying, that's a non negotiable.”

“What purpose does money have if I can’t use it to take care of you!” Kai replied with confidence, as if it was the most normal thing in the world. “Whenever we go out together and have to pay something, I am paying for both of us, that is not negotiable.”

“Fineee… I’m surprised you are this firm about spending your money, but be my guest.” He finally conceded, before finishing his breakfast. “That only leaves us one thing.”

Kai raised his eyebrow slightly, clearly not expecting there to be something else.

“I think I want you to be my master.” Luke pointed at the dog collar, still tight around his neck. “And don’t ask me if I’m sure, I am, I was thinking about it the whole morning. I want it.”

The room remained silent for an eternal moment and Luke started having his doubts surface.

“Do you… do you want me?”

Instead of just replying, Kai took hold of the front of the collar and gently pulled Luke closer to him, landing a firm, possessive kiss on his lips.

“I do. Your boyfriend, your master, anything you want me to be, I’ll be.”
