Creating a Character

You made it this far? *rubs hands together evily*

The first step is showing your writing cred. I need to see that you're literate (or better) with a basic understanding of English spellings and grammar. If you can do that you're fine! Afterwards I'll invite you in and allow you to post.

Contact me via personal messages here on CHYOA or reach me via Discord. My handle is @Progenitor Rex#0397. Your character sheet will be posted once you submit your first chapter (you'll see what I mean in Eldra Morfkin's index story). After that we will post back and forth until your character is Lost, with your character leveling up and advancing the whole time with tools that will serve them to survive longer.

Below you will see the link to the Character Sheet. Remember, you'll start with next to nothing! Sometimes you'll start with nothing at all! To offset this leveling up the first time or two will be easy, but it will compound in difficulty quickly. You'll also be able to find random items in the environment that will add to your inventory and stats / skills.

I will be leaving world building intentionally vague. For starters you shouldn't be entering the game with too much prior knowledge. Second, we'll build a lot of the world as we go (but I do have a template that forms the foundation of the world and start that you will unlock as you play).
