Create or Destroy

I was reading through the many powers and abilities listed in the book God gave me. Some of them looked pretty cool until you read the drawbacks from them. Things like super strength but can't always be controlled or read minds but never turns off and always reads everyone within a kilometer.

There was one that would give me a pair of wings to fly with but it meant I'd lose the use of my arms while I had the wings out and I could only fly as long as my stamina lasted. Then I found those two suspicious pages stuck together.

I couldn't help but think, "Why would a book given to me by God have pages stuck together. Shouldn't the book be in perfect condition?"

"You can just skip those two pages they aren't important and you wouldn't want what's on them anyway," was what god said when I asked him about them. 'Yeah because that's not totally obvious or anything. you either don't want me to read them because there's something you don't want me to have or you are reversing yourself so I will read them, either way, I'm reading them.'

Slowly and as carefully as I could I started to peel the pages apart from each other. When I finally got them open I was surprised and confused by what I was seeing. Two opposing powers on opposite pages that had a clause linking them.

The power to create anything. As long as the wielder of this power can clearly define or picture what they wish to create, it will be made when and where the user chooses. This power can be used at any time or place the user chooses even if the location or time is in the past or future. The time taken to create something is defined by how complex the object is and the user's familiarity with it.

The power to destroy anything. As long as the wielder of this power can clearly define, picture or have possession of what they wish to destroy, it will be destroyed at the time and in the manner specified by the user of this power. When or under what conditions and the method of destruction are at the user's discretion including timeframes set in the past or future.
