Confronted For Answers

So when we were calm enough to dress, I did the gentlemanly thing and drove Jeanie home to the Carvers, finger fucking her with ever rotation of the tires. Well this could be about two things, either why I haven’t been cashing her rent checks or could she negotiate a rent reduction. Either way it was only common courtesy to respond to her call, But for some reason doing so over the phone seemed so impersonal. So I took a chance and went in person to see her. Going two doors down, knocking on the door and waited for it to be answered.

A full minute passed before the door opened on the chain lock I installed prior to the Carvers moving in. “Yes, can I help you?”

“Mrs. Carver, I’m Graham Cartier, your landlord and I understand that you would like to speak to me!”

The door closed then reopened with a blonde mature lady looking out, “Oh yes Mr. Cartier please come in, I’m Lisa Carver , I didn’t expect to see you in person where a phone call could clear up matters faster! After all, I know that you’re a busy man and what I’m concerned about would be a minor problem to you!”

“No problem my tenants have is a minor problem to me!” Thinking, If it’s what I think this is about , then I’ve better come up with one hell of a convincing lie to tell “So what can I do for you Mrs. Carver?”

“Well I’m concerned about my rent checks not being cashed in the last three months!”
