I appear back in the empty stall and check the time. Good I still have have ten minutes before the bell rings. Okay, lets look at these notifications then.

I start coughing when I read the Milestone. I open my inventory and Observe the book and Essence.

Domain Essence: Earth, Legendary

This Essence will add the power of Earth to your Domain. Can be removed anytime. Linked with Eric Steele

Draconic Spellbook Lvl 50, Legendary

This book contains all there is on Draconic magic. Draconic magic gives the power if the Dragons. This causes it to be very powerful and very destructive. Reading it will destroy the book. Must have 100 Wisdom to read.

I reread the book, exited to learn it. I do the math and learn I'll need 30 more Wisdom to read it and store it in my inventory. The bell rings and I go to the cafeteria to eat lunch. Lunch is normal and boring. Afterwards I go to Science class with Ms. Jack, the hawk. I tune her out and just think of the past few days. Once the bell ring I go to my study class. I sit in my seat and get an idea. I stick my hands inside my empty desk and start looking through the outcomes of Craft. After awhile of getting junk the bell rings. I quickly store away the materials, disappointed and leave class. I find Myla waiting for me by the front gates.

"Eric, are you ready?" She asks, and I notice her cheeks are slightly red.

"Yeah, but are you doing okay? Your cheeks a bit red."

"Oh, um yeah, we just had the campus run earlier today." She says walking off. I quickly catch up with her.

"Oh yeah, those sucked. I lucked out though. I don't have PE this year." Myla groans and calls me lucky before we enter the familiar jeep with Scott in the driver's seat.

"So, what does your father want?" I ask her, buckling up. Scott pulls forward and starts navigating the schools parking lot.

"He wants to give you something, and he said there was something else but he didn't say what." Myla answers, avoiding looking me in the eyes. I start asking her how school was and just engaging in small talk until we get to Mylas home. This is a large two story building, decorated with stone vines. Myla tells me to follow her and I do. She leads me to a room with a desk, and bookshelves lining the walls. Kallen is sitting at the desk and is reading some papers with more papers and books strewn across the desk. He looks up and sees Myla and I. I notice he has on a pair of reading glasses. He stands up and sets his glasses down before walking over to us.

"We're back dad." Myla says stepping forwards and hugging him. He hugs her back and he greets me when they part.

"Eric, thanks for coming. Sorry for the short notice."

"That's fine, there's something I wanted to ask you to so it worked out." He leads me down to a room with a big table, with 8 chairs. I see Liz sitting in one, bored and browsing something on her phone. She notices us when we sit down.

"Eric, good to see you again. Here, I forgot to give you this the last time." Liz says handing me a folded piece of paper. I unfold it and see her number with a lipstick kiss mark next to it. I sigh and store it in my Inventory. "Y'know, your mana gives away your emotions. So sigh all you want I know you got a some joy from that."

"So Eric, what did you want to ask me?" Kallen says glossing over Liz.

"Yeah, what do i need to do to set up my guilds HQ?" My question seems to stump Kallen.

"Well, that would depend on if your going to work with the government, align with them or of your going to do your own thing." He explains pulling out his phone and texting someone.

"What do you mean? How would that change things?" I ask him confused.

"Well, like we've mentioned before, the Silver Garden and Blue Locus guilds work with the worlds governments. But we align with them. They commission our guild to do something and we do it, but we can decline. In exchange we receive some benefits from them. Some of that is the joint guild HQ you've seen. However we're still able to do what we want as long as it doesn't break any rules. If you decided to work with the government then you'd receive monthly payments but you wouldn't be able to refuse their jobs. They would also cover your guilds HQs cost. But you wouldn't be able to refuse their jobs or requests. Or you could cut all ties with them and do your own thing. This isn't what I'd recommend, since the governments provide some nice bonuses and work that are essentially free as long as you aren't breaking laws." Just as he finishes Scott knocks on the door before entering carrying a book about three inches thick. "Perfect timing Scott, thank you." Scott nods places the book down in front of me before he excuses himself. I look down at the cover, seeing a picture of the white house on it and Kallen explains what it is. "This is the governments guild handout. It's actually one of the reasons I asked to speak with you today. This is yours, it'll explain the benefits of joining or allying with the government. We thought that you wouldn't need to worry about this until after the Katorg case was solved but it turns out you still need to set this up first." I nod and thank him, then store it in my inventory.

"So what else did you want to see me for?" I ask him.
