Chapter 8 by JimJoeBob JimJoeBob

What's next for Zelda?

Clothes...Singular

Zelda walked out into the forest and found the next shrine to be up at the top of a cliff across a gorge. This would pose a problem to her if the old man hadn't mentioned the axe. She gripped the handle tightly, raised it high above her head, and brought it down in a swift motion, slamming the blade into the base of a tree. These were taller than the ash of the forest and would make a perfect bridge to cross the gorge. Another swing felled the big bastard and the top mighty tree fell to the other side just as she planned.

She was proud of herself for her clever thinking and hidden inner strength that solved the problem before her, but she still had much to do. Zelda placed the axe in the stump and prepared herself to cross. The gap wasn't far, but the fall was and the round log didn't leave much for her feet to work with. After calming herself, she placed one foot in front of the other and slowly worked her way across.

On the other side lay solid ground, but what she hadn't noticed were the three bokobolins that had come to investigate the fallen log. Upon seeing not only a Hylain, but a naked female one at that, they snorted and cheered at Zelda. One was overly bold and ran toward her and jumped as she reached the midway point. A leg shot up and a foot smacked the monster out of the way and into the gorge. The two others watched as their brother screamed into the abyss below.

Now they were angry on top of being horny, and so they moved to the end of Zelda's path. Poor Zelda had been stuck in the middle covering herself with her arms over her chest and thigh covering her pelvic region in a sexy pose. One of the drooling monsters dug his fingers into the bark and began inching his way along the long, but then he crawled under in order to protect himself until he could reach her feet.

Zelda began to sweat, but in the face of danger she sharpened her mind to fight this obstacle. Using an acrobatic skill deep within her subconscious, Zelda leapt up and caught her fall with her hands and holding her legs spread wide with her body parallel to the tree. From there she bent her knees and kicked down and under the log to sandwich the boko's head between her feet. The creature squealed and flailed before she let him go and watched him fall to his ****.

The third who had seen two of his kind die at the hands of this girl was not deterred and instead waited on the other side to have a better chance at fighting her. Zelda wobbled back to her feet and resumed crossing the tree to the other side. This last boko looked anxious as she neared the end, but was taken by surprise when Zelda began leaning to the side. She slowly drifted further and further until she fell clear off the log and into the gorge.

The curious monster jumped up and scampered to the edge, peering over it to see the fate of his enemy. Only he didn't expect to see Zelda clinging to the side alive and well. She reached up and grabbed the boko by his snout and pulled him over her before letting go and letting him join his kin in the afterlife.

With the creatures defeated, Zelda climbed up and felt calmed by having her feet on the solid and flat ground. Next was the second obstacle the shrine had for her, the cliff it stood upon. Luck for Zelda, it was littered with outcrops that could serve as resting spots. She scaled the cliff in a couple of hours and found herself faced with the shrine and what puzzle it had within.

Another hour had passed and Zelda emerged from the shrine with a third spirt orb and the power to stop time for a single object. Zelda found the trip back to the hut to be easier as she hopped down the cliff and crossed the gorge without interference. As she approached the shack, she saw the old man milling around outside. She quickly ducked into the bushes while he was busy cooking food and chopping wood.

When she was close and her body was safely hidden in the leaves, she called out to him, "Excuse me, sir?"

"Huh?," he turned from his woodpile, "Oh, it's you! I see that you finally made it to that shrine up there."

"Yes, it wasn't easy...You said you could fix my, uhm, problem," Zelda blushed and shyly looked down.

"Oh! Yes yes dear girl. Come in, I have it in this chest for you."

"...Couldn't you just bring it here?"

"No, it's fine. I won't look if that helps."

Zelda sighed nervously and stood up and out of the bush when the old man had turned around. She walked past him and into the hut where a stone chest sat in the middle of the room. She lifted the lid and brought out what was inside which was a bundle of clothes. The girl was elated at the sight of the fabric which would put an end to her streaking around the plateau.

She swiftly unbundled it and pulled the garment over her head. Looking down she saw that the clothes offered by the old man were as great of a gift as it seemed. He had given her a wool doublet, a drab greenish blue tunic atop a shirt with longer sleeves. It was old, well worn, and a size too small with the upper button even straining to hold in her modest bust and the end of the fabric just barely covering her privates from view. But at least it came with a pair of buckskin lined gloves that would keep her hands warm and soft.

Zelda was too busy fussing about her new attire to have noticed that the old man had turned around and was staring down at her. "So, how do you like it?, he asked.

"Ahh, oh, uhm," she stumbled for words at the sight of him so close and eyeing her up. Not wanting to sound rude, she decided to be mostly thankful, "It fits fine, but...you don't happen to have any pants with you?"

"Nope, I'm afraid that is all I could find at the moment. But you'll need it where you're going. North of the snowy peak of mount Hylia is where that last shrine lies. It is cold and that will help you keep warm on your journey."

Zelda wanted to mention that being bottomless would negate that, but she swallowed it and thanked him instead. She decided to leave immediately and avoid any more of this embarrassing situation. But the wind wanted one more moment and blew hard, lifting the bottom of her doublet up and giving the old man one last glance at Zelda's ass as she walked away. She grew red and dared not to look back, holding her top down and picking up the pace as she back tracked to the Temple of Time.

How does this begining end?
