New York Tower Zone: Civilians

CIVILIANS: These are a list of notable civilians within the New York Tower Zone. They have some interest because of their connections to important individuals, or because of their own merit and activities makes them worth being aware of. The vast majority of these are staying in the "New York Safe Zone", a vast city area that has been designated far enough outside of the Towerling range of activities that they can stay there for the time being. Some of the other civilians are staying in the Rose Squadron Base, and some of the rest are either dumb enough or unlucky enough to be inside the Towerling Range of activities.

The "New York Safe Zone" is a fairly well guarded location, but it has some cracks in it's defenses. It's inevitable that the Towerlings are going to invade the place one day, and it's also worth mentioning that the area has a very high population density. There's at least 1.3 million people living in the safe zone at present, and it will become a massive target once the Tower begins it's Growth phase.
