Like many humans from the Oido province, Chen Lu is of Asian heritage. Due to her many years of training before her adventurer awakening, she has developed an athletic physique. She loves to dress in a style typical of her home province’s culture and also likes to keep her long black hair tied in 2 tails.

Biography:
Before Chen Lu was born, her father made his mark on the town of Niancheng in the Oido province by starting a small guild there, The Kirins of Niancheng. Several adventurers who lived in the surrounding region gathered there and organized keeping the town safe. Over time, many people chose to immigrate to Niancheng in search of protection from The Kirins of Niancheng. This resulted in the town growing to becoming one of the larger towns of the province. Eventually, the guild master fell in love with a local girl and two years later Chen Lu was born.

Growing up in a guild with her father as the guild master, Chen Lu was motivated from an early age to become an adventurer herself. By the time she was old enough for her awakening, she already had a well-trained athletic body.

After receiving her awakening in Riledo, Chen Lu immediately returned home to join her father’s guild. She focuses most of her time on quests in and around Niancheng, but occasionally travels with caravans to Riledo to protect them from bandits or monsters.

Skill 1: True strike - monk punches the target’s center of gravity and forces him to fall
Skill 2: Rising Sun Kick - A pretty strong upright kick.
Skill 3: Perfect balance - for a short duration, the monk keeps finding perfect balance no matter what and cannot be tipped over. This includes balancing on his fingertips.
Skill 4: Praying mantis stance
Active stance: [Mantis Grapple] – monk grabs opponents’ arm then drags opponent towards himself in a circular motion while bringing him to the ground
Passive stance: [Mantis speed] – increases the monk’s reflex speed
