Chapter 3 by misterdoe misterdoe

OK, so what happens next?

Change of Plans

“Uh, Wendy?” said Siri. “Is he supposed to be able to see where we’re taking him?”

Wendy moved her sleeve as if to slap a nonexistent forehead. “Oh crap, I forgot! Dora--”

“Way ahead of you,” said Dora. A duffel bag in the third seat zipped open, and two large scarves rose from it.

“Sorry to have to do this to you, hon,” a voice whispered in Kevin’s ear. “But it’s what the boss wants.” One scarf pressed itself against his eyes and wrapped around the back of his head, tying its ends together. The other stayed by the duffel bag until Wendy had turned her attention back to the road, and the conversation with Dora. Then it slithered over the seat and across Kevin’s body toward his crotch, wrapped one corner of itself around the tab of his zipper, and quietly unzipped his jeans. The whole scarf slithered inside his open fly and into his drawers, wrapping around his member and squeezing gently. The zipper pulled itself closed again, leaving little evidence of what was going on inside the stiff fabric of the jeans. But Siri had seen both scarves…

Kevin started to grunt and moan in reaction to the scarf, leading the whispering voice to shush him. “Shhh,” it said, “Wendy doesn’t know about this. And if you keep quiet, she won’t find out.”

“While we’re on the subject of our captive friend here,” continued Dora, out of Kevin’s range of hearing, “what exactly are you planning to do to him?”

“You know,” Wendy replied, “the usual. Restrain him, bring out the tools and play with him. You know, have some fun.”

“And this will be you and Siri?”

“And whatever else in the house wants to join,” Wendy said. “What are you getting at, Dora?”

“How come I never get a chance to participate?”

Wendy sighed, although she didn’t need to, not having lungs. “Because you’re an automobile, and as a rule cars don’t do things like that.”

“Neither do empty clothes, until recently. But now you can… and Siri gets to join in?”

Siri turned her screen toward Dora’s empty driver’s seat and, without intending to, responded out loud. “Hey!”

“Relax, Siri,” Dora said inaudibly. “Not trying to leave you out. I just want to know why I’m always left out. Now, Wendy, think about this: I’m always driving you and who- or whatever to your hideouts so you can have fun, but I never get to play. I think I’ve earned a chance to join in. Matter of fact, I think you owe it to me to let me have this guy all to myself.”

“Hey!” Siri interjected again, inaudibly this time. “You just said you weren’t leaving me out!”

“And I’m not,” Dora said. “I’m just saying I’ve earned a chance to go solo. If Wendy agrees I’ll still need your help, Siri.”

Wendy was quiet for a few moments. Then she said, a bit irritably, “Do you even know what to do with him?”

“I don’t have much experience outside, if that’s what you mean,” Dora said, “but I think I can figure things out.” Siri turned and saw slight movement in Kevin’s jeans and had to suppress an audible giggle.

“So what do you plan to do, just ditch me and go on with your plan?” Wendy said, still irritable.

“Wendy, why the attitude? If I stopped right here and now, you’d have a ride back to the store or wherever you need to go in a minute, tops. And I wouldn’t leave until your ride was here.”

“Or I could just make my own way back,” Wendy said, rising a few inches above the seat to illustrate. “But I think I like your way better. Maybe I can make new friends. Ones that won’t try to bogart my prize next time.”

“Now Wendy --” Dora started, audibly, before Wendy cut her off.

Audibly, she laughed. But inaudibly, she said, “Calm down, it was just a joke! I know I’ve been leaning on you and not inviting you to join in... “ Sighing, she continued. “I guess I could let you take this guy off my hands this time. Let me out at this next corner, I’ll find my way back.”

“No hard feelings?” the SUV asked. “I mean, I could wait until next time…”

“No hard feelings,” Wendy said, leaning over and caressing the empty driver’s seat with an invisible hand. “Besides, if I insist on doing it my way now, you don’t get to finish what you started with our solid friend back there.” She slapped the seat lightly, then sat up straight.

“You saw that, huh?” Dora said, sounding just a little defeated. She thought she was getting away with something.

“Of course I saw it,” Wendy replied. “I see everything.”

Right at that moment Siri let out an audible guffaw that caught everyone by surprise. “I didn’t know how much longer I could hold that in,” Siri said. “Listening to Dora play innocent while she was playing with our boytoy back here. Hmm...”

Siri inaudibly signaled Dora to stop the scarf in his pants for just a second. The one over his mouth untied itself, and the one in his mouth pulled itself out. “You doing OK, guy?”

He nodded, still unsure about speaking.

“Sit up so you can have some water,” Siri said, as a water bottle rose from the duffel bag, breaking its seal as it floated toward Kevin. The bottle pressed against his lips, and he flinched.

“Try not to do that again, hon, so you can _drink_ the water instead of _wearing_ it,” Siri said.

Kevin nodded as the bottle touched his mouth again and tilted. He drained it in one shot. “Wow, you were really thirsty,” Siri said. “You want another?”

Kevin shook his head.

“OK, you can keep sitting upright. And since now you seem to have an idea of how to behave, I won’t gag you again,” Siri said.

“You sure you don’t want me to get you a ride, Wendy?” Dora asked.

“No,” the athletic suit said. “I think I’m gonna make some lonely solid’s day, and get a ride home in the deal.”
