Calculus Quiz II

There’s a nervous hubbub outside of the classroom as students are busy cramming for the imminent calculus quiz. Unlike the other students around him, Vignesh doesn’t appear to have any study materials out. But, as you draw closer to him, you see that he’s just as nervous as the rest of them—only over something entirely different.

“What’s the game plan, Alex?” he whispers to you, as soon as you draw near. “Is it happening today?”

He glances at Ruby, who is sitting by the door. The redhead is preoccupied with the textbook on her lap, her full figure looking mouthwateringly good in the long dress she’s wearing. Logically, you know that you should be a good guy and help a man out, and set Vignesh up with his crush for success. But looking at Ruby’s milky cleavage through her open top, the way her round ass sits so nicely there, and the seductive red strands of her hair… you wonder if there might be a way for you to get involved, too.

“The first part is easy,” you whisper back. “You’re going to work with Ruby on the quiz, warm her up to you.”

“And then?” he asks.

“Then,” you say, “that’s where the magic happens.”

You lean over to his ear and begin whispering in his ear. Vignesh listens attentively, and then meets eyes with you, nodding solemnly.

“Thank you,” he says, when you’re finished.

The quiz itself turns out to be about as hard as the one on Wednesday, only with more questions, and longer as a result. While you were busy making sure that Vignesh and Ruby got together when Luck began handing out test papers, you missed out on the prime chance to snag your own first choice of partner, leaving you to work with some random guy in the class that you hadn’t really spoken with before.

The two of you work methodically through the quiz, talking through your answers, and make a decent attempt at the quiz. Vignesh and Ruby, as expected, speed through the problems and hand in the test over half an hour early, spending the rest of the time chatting quietly at the back of the classroom. {If Vignesh > 99} They seem to be getting along well, always laughing and smiling about something or the other. {else} However, despite Vignesh’s best efforts, Ruby doesn’t seem terribly interested in him, leaving him to do most of the talking while she brushes him off. {endif} {if Ruby > 94} Over the course of the hour, you notice Ruby checking you out a couple times too, which gives you some amount of confidence. {endif}

Finally, the clock strikes the hour. You hand in your test, feeling that you probably did alright, but the biggest moment of the class is still yet to come.
