Cabin vignettes

“Man, look at those bodies on these girls,” Kurt said. “I’m gonna join them in the water. You two, pick up your game and stick to it until you…, well, until you stick it into her!”

Gavin rolled up his eyes as they watched the blonde guy rush to the lake and swim to the spot where Heather was with Victoria, Brandon, and Ashley.

“Whatever,” he shrugged, waving his phone in the air. “I’m just going to sit somewhere and gain a few more levels on this.”

Zack nodded and after he briefly entertained the idea of going back to see what Chloe was doing, he decided to do as Kurt said and start his game. However, Zack didn’t see it as just a game, he genuinely wanted to make Victoria, Lisa or any other girl feel good and scream his name if he ever got the opportunity to have sex with them; again, in Lisa’s case. He debated the idea of going to the water as well and try talking to Vicky, but Zack figured he wasn’t confident enough for that yet. With that in mind, he walked over to the pier where Lisa was hanging out with Madison. The two black-haired girls were very sexy-looking in Zack’s opinion, with his ex-girlfriend wearing a brown bikini and Madison in a red one.

“Hi there, ladies!” Zack said enthusiastically while quickly scanning Lisa’s body. While she wasn’t as curvy or toned as Heather or Hannah, she was very fit and had a damn hot body.

“Zack? Hey!” Lisa replied to his greeting, although he could see the look of surprise on both of their faces at him choosing to come talk to them instead of his sister or the ones in the water.

“So, enjoying yourselves?” he asked while plopping himself down on Lisa’s right side, almost sandwiching her between Madison and him.

“Yeah…, everything’s been great so far,” Lisa answered, nodding at him. “The cabin, the beach and this beautiful lake, it’s even better than I expected. You know my dad’s usual cabin is in another part of the park, I’ve never been here.”

Zack nodded, he remembered Lisa talking about the cabin her father usually rented back when they were dating. He wondered if her parents would show up sometime during their stay at Ravers Cabin. Madison observed the two of them chatting with a smirk at the corner of her lips. Even if she wasn’t expecting it, the plan she had made with Heather to possibly get Lisa and Zack back together was seemingly showing signs that it could work. At that moment, Chloe finally showed up, a long, baggy grey t-shirt over the one-piece blue swimsuit she was wearing underneath. She looked around and raised a confused eyebrow at seeing Zack talking to Lisa, but she made her way to the pier anyway.

The redhead nodded at Madison and motioned to Zack and Lisa with her head, a questioning look on her face. The black-haired girl just shrugged her shoulders before Chloe sat down next to her, the two of them observing their best friends who used to date talking to each other.

Nearby, Victoria got out of the water and headed to the shadow of the tree Gavin, Taylor and Hannah were all sitting under. Simultaneously, Hannah decided to go take a swim and ran to the lake as Vicky sat down. The tree cast a large shadow, and there was some space between the three of them, effectively making it look like none of them were really sitting together.

“So, how’s the water?” Taylor inquired as her brother’s crush dried herself with a towel.

“It’s perfect, you’ll love it,” Vicky smiled at her.

“I was excited to go, but now that’s I’m sitting here, I’ve gotten a little lazy to get up, you know?” the older girl said, figuring she should get to know the girl in the case Zack ever got his dream. “I was really tired when Hannah and I arrived last night.”

Victoria nodded, briefly glancing over at Gavin. The boy who sometimes was her lab partner had his face buried in his phone playing a game, so she didn’t want to disturb him. She turned back to Taylor. “Hey, I was meaning to ask you, how is Green Hills? For real?” she asked, a hopeful look on her face. “I want to go there in the Fall, and I asked Hannah before, but she only seemed to know the party version?”

Taylor laughed heartily. “Yeah, that seems like Hannah. Well, first of all…,” she then proceeded to talk Victoria through the finer aspects of Green Hills College for people who really wanted to study and do something, such as the two of them. Not that Hannah didn’t study, she just never took it really seriously like herself.

Gavin tuned out the girls’ conversation as he tried to concentrate on getting levels on his game. However, it was proving to be a fruitless effort as Kurt’s plan kept coming back to him. There was no way it would work, and the older guy would probably have to explain himself to Heather once one of the girls accused him of something. Gavin knew it was just a matter of time. The real problem with the whole debacle was that Zack seemed to be going down the same route, agreeing with everything Kurt said.

He liked girls as much as the two of them, but surely did not want to take part in something that could ruin every single one of their friendships currently present at the cabin.

Time passed and with the exception of Gavin and Chloe, everyone swam in the calm waters of Silver Lake at least once. Different groups of conversation formed and disbanded under the watchful eye of the large tree near the lake, and soon enough, people began heading back inside to do their own thing as the afternoon slowly rolled into evening.

Kurt was in the bathroom inside the master room, the room he would be sharing with Zack and Gavin over the duration of the trip. He had just taken a shower and was in the process of combing his hair in front of the mirror. Have to look good for the ladies, he grinned at himself.

Just then, he heard the bedroom door slowly opening. Figuring it was one of his roommates, he kept doing his thing. The sound of bare feet rushing to the bathroom told him otherwise, though. He turned left in time to see Hannah sticking her head into the room. She was still wearing the skimpy white bikini from before.

“Oh, good, no one’s sitting on it,” the older blonde said. “Can I use the bathroom, Kurt? The other girls are taking way too long with the other one.”

Kurt seemed to consider her request for a couple of seconds before shaking his head. “Ah, sorry, Hannah, I’ve got to finish this first,” he motioned to his own head. “Once I start it, I gotta see it to the end, otherwise it’ll stick up everywhere, you know?”

Hannah groaned. “Pleeease, Kurt,” she whined, a pained expression on her face. “I really have to go.”

“No can do, love,” the blonde guy said, continuing to work on his hair. “It won’t be long, though, if you wanna wait.”

There was a brief moment of silence, only a second, before Hannah blurted out. “I’ll show you my tits if you let me use it right now!”

The comb ran straight through the top of Kurt’s head, messing up all his work. “What?!” he jerked his head in her direction, unable to believe what his ears had just heard.

Hannah grunted again. “I’ll show you my tits if you let me in now.”
