Chapter 3 by wraith1113 wraith1113

What type of File does Pario look at?

CCTV Footage

Pario clicked on the archived footage that her team had managed to collect from around the city. Whether it was powering up a city block to access a network remotely (the government had made great efforts to defend any powerplants they controlled or recaptured and the Towerlings showed no interest in Human Infrastructure one way or the other) or someone physically splicing a camera system to a storage device, her team had done a fantastic job retrieving records from most city cameras and a good number of private or residential systems as well.

This meant that Pario had tons of raw footage to sift through with her team as they researched the Towerling species. While many had been analysed and archived, Pario had been able to discern additional information even by going back to the old footage. Additionally, her team would flag any footage they believed had new information: New Towerling species, unusual behavior, new abilities, it's effects on the women it captured, and more. While it would all need to be vetted with other researchers before any new information could be shared with the troops, Pario also had to ensure any footage of her team 'incentivising' the Towerlings into demonstrating new behavior didn't leave her team's control. If a camera system caught any of their more illicit activities it was forwarded directly to her and the records on the original system destroyed.

Pario figured she should see what her team had flagged for her in the past few hours...

(Note: These are meant to be relatively short stories about the Towerlings encounters with the general populace, ranging from their first encounters to up to a little under a month after (what would be the current day).

If Pario is viewing it, it is because a Towerling did (or is) something of interest, so the characters within these short snippets without exception don't manage to escape.

While writers are certainly free to write this entirely from Pario's viewpoint watching things clinically, it is also acceptable to 'fade into' the character's Point of View and tell things from their perspective. Just make sure to lead off and end with her view of the situation.)

Who does Dr Pario follow footage of?
