Buzzed In

Sarah kept eye contact with her sister as she eased her pale form away from Bethan's and gracefully wandered over to the buzzer. Her eyes swiftly moved down the list until she found her mum's name, with a newly taloned finger she tapped the button. Moments later, Cassie's groggy tone could be heard through the glass; “Cassie speaking, how can I help you.”

Not wishing for her sister to be let in Rachel begins to frantically bang on the glass hoping to deter her mum. Bethan flashed her fangs as Sarah began to speak in a worried tone “Hey Mum, I forgot my keys and need to grab a few things for tonight can you let me up.” Cassie sighed before she tapped the button. Her voice tumbled down the speaker as she said “Come on in you two, I know Bethan’s probably with you.”

A faint buzz could be heard followed by a dull click as Bethan pushed the door inward and rushed toward Ellie. Rachel merely grins as she eases in through the door and slowly stalks toward Rachel with a delighted smile on her fang-tipped lips. The last thing Rachel witnessed was Bethan plunging her fangs into Ellie's neck as she felt Sarah’s cut into her own. Then the world faded into darkness…
