Boy --> teacher

“Okay, if that doesn't make things interesting, maybe changing my social status will.” You think about what you want to use instead of “high-school boy.” But you've never really given much thought to what you actually want to do. So you decide on the smallest possible change. You select the word boy and replace it with teacher. You’re not even sure if you really want to be a teacher, or if you just want to dress up as one, but eventually you hit Enter, sealing the change.

Once again, your vision blurs and the room spins as you transform from a simple high school boy into a teacher. When everything returns to normal, you’re visibly disappointed by the change. The room has changed again and now has white walls and plain hardwood floors instead of the pink carpet. But other than that? There’s only one visible change: your hoodie. Instead of white, it’s now pink, just like your fingernails.

“Great. That wasn't exactly interesting either,” you say disappointedly, without realizing that the biggest change has taken place within yourself. “If this had been a test, I'd give it an F. A real letdown.”
