You don't want to find out what happens when those featherfish touch you, nor do you want to find out their enchantment effects while the sandals are locked onto you. You grab the boots, close the chest, and sit down on it to put on your chosen footwear. They seemed much too big, and were very easy to pull on, but when both of your legs were properly placed into the boots, they tightened all around your legs, becoming perfectly fitting, albeit a little snug for your tastes. The power of magic...

You've only worn 6-inch heels a few times at highly formal functions, where you spent most of your time sitting down. Even then, at the end of those nights, your feet would ache incredibly bad and you'd swear to yourself that you'd never wear heels again. But you've done it before, and you can do it again. You gingerly stand up, hands holding onto the chest for support, and make your first steps. You expect to wobble like a newborn deer, but it seems that the ankle chain works as advertised, and your steps resemble a person who wears 6-inch heels daily. However, the magic in the boots don't seem to do anything to relieve the discomfort of much of your weight being supported by your toes and the **** angle your feet are in.

Gritting your teeth, you approach the pit of featherfish. The pit isn't deep enough for there to be any danger of having to touch the featherfish: the boots are long enough as long as the featherfish don't randomly start flying. You quickly realize that the chain doesn't seem to be much of an issue for walking: you can't take big steps while wearing such tall heels anyway. Not sure if I should feel good or bad about that...

Making your first step into the pit, you feel that while the featherfish aren't as light as a feather, they're pretty close. A few of the featherfish at the top of the pit are launched a little ways away, floating down slowly. Shit, I'm going to have to wade through them slowly to not send them flying everywhere and having them land all over me. With that in mind, you make sure to walk steadily and smoothly through the pit, further encouraged to do so by your **** heels.

As you are mere feet from the other end of the room, you stumble over one of the stair steps that leads out of the pit, and this jerking motion sends a plume of featherfish flying into the air. Most of them flop away from you, but one brushed by the outside of your right thigh before falling back into the pit. You were never ticklish on your thighs, but contact with the featherfish sent a tingling sensation through you, almost like it just grazed the soles of your feet. Not expecting this, you shriek and try to cover the last of the distance by jumping away. Luckily, you managed to jump out of the pit, but your chained legs kicked up a larger plume of featherfish as you launched yourself out. A few landed on your lower back, a couple on your ass, and one on the back of your left thigh. You couldn't suppress the giggles that **** their way out of you as the featherfish worked their magic. Everywhere they were touching felt as ticklish as your soles, and you were howling in laughter when you finally managed to shake them off by rolling around on the floor and brushing them off wildly with your hands.

With the featherfish off of you, you manage to collect yourself, taking a few deep breaths. For how innocent this test looked, one wrong step and I could've lost control here, and been tickled for eternity. I really need to be more careful in here. And unless those sandals had some counter to the featherfish, I would've been a goner! You struggle back onto your feet, and slowly step towards the next door.
