Who is Porkum's copycat?
Boar, an Obscure Street-level Villain
Porkum was not a detective. Nor was this his world, his dimension; he had no contacts to turn to. His enormous girth hidden in a huge trenchcoat and fedora, he stood outside the police tape at the site of the Right-To-Life Headquarters and gave a tentative sniff of the air. Like many mutants with animalistic attributes, the pig-man had enhanced senses—but like the rest of him, it was fine-tuned for sex. Even though the crime scene cleaners had been over the scene, Porkum could smell the sex here.
Including one particular scent that was almost familiar.
The mutant followed his nose, away from the scene of the crime. Turned his face away as a patrol car drove past on the street. The one thing he didn't need was for the cops to see him anywhere near where the Porkers Gang had been. Yet the pigs in the cop car were as blind as their kind usually was, and Porkum followed the scent trail down into the nearest subway station.
The mass of scents down there was confusing. Ovulating women walked past, women on their period, men and women with secret diseases. Porkum stood with his back against the wall for a moment, and made a show of checking his smartphone, though really he was only sorting out the scents. The trail was muddy—most of the gang had broken apart here, taken different trains. Yet one, the important one, went into the family restroom.
So Porkum waited for a Black woman in a wheelchair to finish her business, then barged in and locked it behind him before a woman with an infant that needed a diaper change could.
His snout worked harder hear, an audible snuffle. Dark eyes narrowed as he went to the far wall, all ancient chipped tile. His fingers traced a crack that looked a little too straight...there was a hole at about waist-level at the end. One finger squeezed into it. Felt a bit of resistant, something metal that stuck out. Porkum grunted as he exerted a little strength—and the door slid silently inward.
"The fuck?"
For a second, Porkum had a vision of a human male, dark-skinned, stubble-bearded, dark hair unwashed, cargo pants around his ankles, cock out. He was seated on a dilapidated, cum-stained couch, in a narrow room. One wall was taken up almost entirely by a big-screen television, porn blaring. Uncensored Japanese actresses made high-pitched squeals of terrified pleasure as they fingered the gooey jizz that leaked out of their slits. A door on the far side led who-know's-where.
All that, Porkum took in at a glance. Then the seated jerk-off stood up, and as he did he changed. Muscles bulged, skin darkened. The unwashed hair became a crest like a mohawk, tusks jutted up from the lower jaw, and the upturned nose was a pale imitation of Porkum's own pronounced snout. With professional curiosity, Porkum noted the prick had grown up to a whopping twelve inches hard, the nuts that dangled underneath the size of oranges. The figure's head bumped against the eight-foot ceiling.
"Settle down, tiny," Porkum said as he took off his hat so that the villain could see his face. "I just want a word in private."
Porkum stepped foward. He closed the door behind him, heard a click—no, two clicks. Locking the secret door unlocked the family restroom door outside. Clever.
"Who are you?" the hulking figure growled.
"Name's Porkum, brother," the pig-man said with what he hoped was his most ingratiating smile. He unbuttoned his trench coat and let it fall to the floor. Automatically, the huge boar-man looked down—and his jaw dropped. The raging foot-long boner actually wilted a little. Porkum smiled. He had that effect on some people. "What's yours?"
"Boar," the giant said. The dark eyes didn't seem to know where to go. Every time they turned to Porkum, he seemed to shrink a little. Not physically—the boy was tall, and probably stronger than Porkum—but mentally, the pig-man's pheromones were already at work.
"Good, solid name," Porkum said with a nod. "You're behind the Porker Gang, aren'tcha?"
"Yeah—what about it?" Boar said accusingly.
"I'm new in town. Trying to stay under the radar for a bit. You've been makin' a lot of noise, knockin' up all those stuck-up bitches," Porkum said.
"Yeah? So what?" Boar's fists clenched and unclenched. Porkum could tell that Boar was like him—a mutant, with similar powers. Not as strong as Porkum's, though. Porkum had never had a human form. He'd been born like this—and the animal side of Boar could sense he was in the presence of a more virile male. It was triggering all sorts of fight-or-flight reflexes in the big mutant's brain, and that was confusing the fuck out of him.
Porkum smiled. He knew exactly how to deal with this guy.
