Chapter 214 by JoeSte91 JoeSte91

Can the girls get to the bottom of the mystery?

Behind Closed Doors

Sighing, Heather resigned herself to telling the girls about the events of the office. Though, not everything. They did not need to know that she’d rubbed her naked ass against her father’s huge cock, bouncing her cheeks up and down his shaft, teasing his stiff manhood until finally she slid up just high enough for his tip to slip inside her slick, gaping hole. And there, plugged with her father’s cock, he came inside her, his own daughter and the feeling of his load painting her walls had set off her own orgasm, father and daughter bonding in unified climax. No, that was something she would leave out of the conversation entirely, even as she felt his seed leaking out flush pussy, trickling down onto the leather seat below.

“Did Robert do it?” Chloe echoed Ashley’s words, thoughtfully, tilting her head. “Are you talking about framing Lisa?”

“How do you know about that?” Heather recoiled. Chloe had been gone for the entire day that Ashley and Victoria had been looking for the real culprit, so how had she found out about this…and come to the exact same conclusion?

“That’s right, Hannah said she’d told you about Carlos Rivera being arrested,” Ashley remembered, her face brightening. “And you thought it was Robert too?”

“But wait,” Heather interjected, annoyed at not being able to see the missing piece. “How did you connect Carlos Rivera to my dad?”

“Oh, well, yeah, Hannah hadn’t wanted to tell me, but she said she trusted me, so she told me about the project your dad was working on which involved buying up a lot of land around Silver Lake, including Carlos’ cabin,” Chloe explained, hoping that she wasn’t getting Hannah in trouble. “When I heard about that, it seemed like if anyone was going to try to get to Carlos through Lisa it would be your dad.”

“Hannah…knew about the project?” Heather replied, the question being borne out of shock rather than needing an exact answer.

“Hm, she mentioned it to me as well, though in fairness that was only because I already knew about it,” Ashley said, remembering the conversation she’d had with her sister while Heather was in the office with Robert Ravers. “I’m not really surprised that she found out about it. Working with your dad every day…she was bound to pick up on it. Now, why are you so **** to tell us what your dad said?”

“I’m not ****, it’s just…” Heather exhaled wearily, knowing that telling them would put the whole investigation back to square one. “He told me he didn’t do it, which I’m super happy about, but I also know that we have no other suspects, so…it’s not good news for Lisa or her father.”

“Did he offer any proof of his innocence?” Ashley asked, folding her arms and crossing her legs beneath the table.

“He did,” Heather growled irritably. “A proposal the board approved yesterday, and he had drawn up quickly to present to Carlos Rivera, offering him a stake in the new project. There’s no reason that my father would have went to that trouble if he was expecting Carlos to fold to pressure, and if he was using extortion, there would be no need to offer Carlos anything like money in return.”

“Hm, Hannah did mention something about a new plan to get Carlos to sign on with the project, but she hadn’t mentioned anything about Carlos getting money in return, so I guess she didn’t know about that detail,” Ashley admitted, pursing her lips as she mulled it over.

“I’d say she didn’t even know about it until she went into work today because she didn’t mention it to me,” Chloe added eagerly. “In fact, she said she wasn’t sure how Robert would react to the news of Carlos’ arrest.”

“And you’re absolutely sure this contract exists?” Ashley asked with a raised eyebrow.

“I read it myself,” Heather stated unequivocally, thinking about how she’d bent over the table to read it and wiggled her buttocks at her father, the memory causing her to smile. “The whole thing is legitimate.”

“Well, shit,” Ashley replied, leaning her head back. “I guess we need to look at other suspects…maybe a business rival…”

“Or someone on the board of directors?” Chloe suggested with a frown, unsure of how plausible it was. “Hannah mentioned that some of the board weren’t quick to back the plan.”

“I really need to talk to my dad about how loose mouthed Hannah is being with company information,” Heather remarked, her eyes narrowing in thought. “I don’t care what you two do in the bedroom, but she shouldn’t be telling you what goes on at Ravers Enterprises.”

“Oh, please don’t,” Chloe begged, her face falling. “I don’t want to get her in trouble. I’m just trying to be helpful.”

“Yeah, chill, Heather,” Ashley agreed, smirking. “It’s not like my new sister-in-law is some kind of corporate spy.”

“Sis-sister-in-law?” Chloe choked, her face reddening while Ashley giggled.

“Regardless, if it’s a business rival, the list is endless. In this world you make enemies just by being successful,” Heather said analytically. “My father did say that a member of the board could be an option, but it didn’t make much sense. Before dad had the new proposal drawn up, Carlos was already holding out. In that case, why even do anything to Lisa to **** him to keep refusing? From their perspective, the project was already failing.”

“To ensure it kept failing maybe?” Chloe said, forehead furrowing as she thought hard.

“Or maybe it was a board member trying to make Robert look bad,” Ashley said eagerly, the gears in her brain whirling as she considered the new hypothesis. “All they’d have to do would be to wait until Carlos agreed, either to the old deal or the new one, and then release faked evidence that Robert was somehow behind it all and he’d be ousted from the company.”

“In which case the arrest of Lisa’s father was just a blunder,” Chloe continued, believing Ashley’s new idea to have some merit. “Robert is still made to look bad to the board but not bad enough that he’d be pushed out or face criminal charges.”

“This shit just keeps getting more and more elaborate,” Heather groaned, rubbing her head. “And who exactly do you think is behind this?”

“How about you tell us?” Ashley countered. “Who’s on the board of directors?”

“A bunch of old guys that I don’t know, my mother and my uncle Dan,” Heather replied, smiling and shaking her head. “I can’t see it being any of the old men, since they like making money, and my father, even though he likes to take risks, has always been good for business.”

“Well, that still leaves your mother and your uncle,” Chloe said, resignedly. “And can I assume your mother is an unlikely option too?”

“I doubt it,” Heather shrugged. “Admittedly, I’ve always been more of a daddy’s girl…” she paused as a shudder ran through her body at the word daddy, another glob of her father’s white, gooey seed slipping out between her lower lips. “…but I can’t imagine my own mother denying me my inheritance.”

“It looks like Daniel Ravers is in the hot seat then,” Ashley said, not as entirely sure as she had been when she’d discovered the link between Carlos and Robert. She’d been so confident that it was Heather’s father that, now, she wasn’t willing to fully trust any possible solution now.

“Danny might work. I’d imagine that, if Robert wasn’t fit to run the company, they might choose my uncle. He’s older and more experienced than me, and he would maintain the stability of the Ravers name,” Heather agreed as she considered it. Then, with a frown, she added, “though, I’ve always felt he was quite content to allow my dad to do all the work while he just sat back and made money off the company.”

“Maybe he got tired of not making as much money as his brother? Greed can be a powerful motivator, even against family,” Ashley noted, looking at Heather expectantly. “Any chance you could just go up an ask him about his involvement too?”

“I could, but I couldn’t give the same guarantee that I could with my father. Daniel might lie to me, and I’m not sure if I’d know one way or the other,” Heather replied, grimacing. “Unfortunately, my father doesn’t want us getting involved anymore. He says it’s an adult problem and if it concerns the board, he’ll look into it.”

“That makes sense,” Chloe replied, crestfallen, slumping in her seat slightly. “Robert will want to handle the situation delicately if it involves his livelihood. This person has already demonstrated a willingness to target children and manipulate the law, who knows what else they’re capable of?”

“Fuck that,” Ashley argued, slamming her hand down on the table. “Does he expect us to just sit around and do nothing? While Lisa rots? How do we even know that your dad will do anything about it? If he figures out who it is, he might just make a deal for them to quietly leave the company, rather than causing a fuss and bad PR for the company, especially just after a failed project.”

“I trust that my father will do the right thing,” Heather said, glancing at the blonde with raised eyebrows. “Besides, weren’t you only doing this to clear your name to Zack? Can you really say that you really care about what happens to Lisa?”

“I…uh…maybe at the start my reasons were somewhat selfish,” Ashley admitted, Chloe chuckling as it was the blonde’s turn to blush and be embarrassed. “But I’m invested in the case now, and I’m determined to clear Lisa’s name as well.”

“Well, there may be a way around the whole adult problem of the board thing…” Heather said, smiling, amused at Ashley’s insistence coming across a little too strong. But the new idea forming in her mind also gave her cause to smile, though mostly at how Ashley and Chloe might react. “…but neither of you are going to like it.”

What is Heather's idea?
