Bedevalus reaches the hangar and finds the machine ready.

The knight approached the hangar for his duel. Finally, something that looked like a respectable opponent, fit for a new legend: the gleaming, sharp-edged mecha was crouched facing him with its hands presented palm-out, the same way it had carried him to this ship. It wasn't covered in condoms or begging him for sex.

Heedless of his half-nudity in the face of this mechanical opponent, the knight pounded his fist into his palm and grinned. "You're going to take me to the skies again, are you? Don't think that you can claim superiority over the mighty Sir Bedevalus even in the air!" He stepped onto the unit's palms, prepared to be swept away. "I have shared words with your captain. I have certainly earned the honor of combat. Now, prepare to-"

Before Bedevalus could speak any more brave words, the arms of the mech swung swiftly inward, as if to crush him into a pancake in its own chest. Of course, having no knowledge of machinery, Bedevalus wouldn't have known to note its open cockpit hatch, which the Figurewatch had just tossed him into. Then, it remained that way, its hands clapped in place to prevent escape.

The reason the cockpit hadn't caught his eye was it wasn't lit. When he'd gone flying inside, he'd immediately found himself doubled over something soft with a mechanical creak. It must have been something sturdy to have stopped his **** without breaking... Slowly, dull purple light entered the cockpit, and he had his answer.
