Becky explores her surroundings cautiously

Becky had already been caught once before. She knew these lizardfolk were nothing to mess around with--she would need to be at the top of her game to make sure she didn't get caught again. Her biggest regret at the moment, was that it seemed that all of her equipment had been left back where she had been captured, leaving her not only unarmed, but completely naked as well.

So, without any other defenses, she held onto the skinning knife tightly. It was far from ideal, but it would be better than being completely unarmed. She crept toward the front door of the lodge, peeking out through the crack between the door and the adjoining wall to try and get some idea of what she was dealing with here.

From what she could tell, she was alone for now. The lodge seemed to be on an unoccupied island, which was mostly clear of trees, but surrounded by decently dense jungle.

Becky's knew she would need to orient herself at least a little bit if she were to have any chance of finding her way back toward civilization, but at the moment, the dense treeline made it impossible to identify any notable landmarks. It might be her best bet to wait until nightfall, then use the stars as a compass to guide her way, though being in the jungle at night would likely be even more dangerous, and Becky had a hard time imagining that the Lizardfolk wouldn't come looking for her long before then.

At the very least, she seemed to be unguarded, and the Lizardfolk didn't seem to know that she was free. She just might have enough time to come up with a plan before they returned.
