Baggy hoody --> Tight hoody

You select the prompt and change just the word baggy into Tight before you hit Enter.
The room around you shifts again. A door left to you appears in the place, where your bed was standing before. But except that it not changes much. You on ther other hand change a little moor. Your posture changes lightly, but noticible. Also it looks light you have lost some weight. Your face looks a little slimmer. But except that? The hoody now looks a little tighter, but not much.
You sigh after taking a little longer look at yourself. "Great. Now my hoody makes it look like I have man-boobs."
